In their own words
BUYER BEWARE! This has been literally the most incompetent moving service I have ever used. My belongings were delayed over a week and nobody in the office took the initiative to find out when my stuff would be arriving. In the end I had to get the number of the driver and keep in contact with him to find out when my belongings were actually going to arrive. I spoke with a Waynesa in the office and repeatedly asked to speak to a manager about the situation and was never given a manager name or information.
Never again! I should've gone back with North American, much better experience. This was def not a great moving experience! I will have to say my only POSITIVE experience has been my moving consultant Brian U! He's been AMAZING! I was given a pickup time from 9-11am. I had to reach out to my move coordinator @11 to find out when the drivers were showing up, she knew nothing. This was the 2nd coordinator i asked for because the 1st one was very unprofessional in her email responses.
Wish I could give ZERO stars!! Worst moving company I can imagine. They were contracted for a military move. They not only don’t care about people’s things but they certainly don’t care about military members’ things! Many things arrived broken and during the move in they dumped all our things in the wrong rooms upside down, which further damaged sentimental goods. Took us weeks to just sort our things out!!
Run, don't walk away from Coleman Allied. After a great sales pitch by Dave, I went with Coleman Allied as it was a larger company and I was skeptical about moving brokers. I was assigned a moving consultant, Jessica, and told that Coleman would be handling everything from packing to move. Turns out that Coleman is nothing more than a larger moving broker. Dave was the last person from either Coleman or Allied that I saw during my cross country move. Not sure where they found the packers.
I contracted with Coleman American Moving Services in Fairburn, GA to move from Georgia to Texas. I have a Polaris Ranger that was supposed to moved with the other household items. The Driver first stated it was not on his paperwork to move the Ranger then he stated he would have to get someone out to the house to figure out what to do. That was late in the afternoon and we were heading to Texas that day. I wound up moving the Polaris myself rather than wait for Coleman to correct their mistake.
do NOT use this company. they will say anything to get your business, purposely mislead you on the quote and hit you with major charges on the back end. I ended up paying over $6,000 more than I was quoted. Specifically David Smith and Cliff Yeager on the Atlanta team. Horrible business DO NOT USE.
This is a terrible outfit. The initial evaluation went well and it felt like the right decision. It has been all downhill from there. They missed my first two moving dates and finally picked up on our third option. Their focus seems to be to land business during the day and try and service committed business late in the afternoon. It took numerous calls and persistence to get the pick up scheduled. The aforementioned should have been my second clue that this was a bad decision.
We have no furniture in our house. We originally booked with this company because the salesman did a great job and seemed honest. . . . Well he quit and we got Cliff Yeager. I ask how much notice they need ahead of our desired move date to get us in on time and Cliff says 10 days. No prob, two and a half weeks out I tell him I want to move in to the new house on our close date of 6/23. He says they don't like to move on same day as closing so we moved it up a day. Should be all set, right?

In their own words
Ms. Audrey Knox and Mr. James White provided outstanding service during my recent interstate move to California. They arrived on time, introduced themselves, and walked through my home with me to make sure they understood exactly what needed to be moved and any items that required special care. Throughout the day they were organized, efficient, and very careful with my furniture, floors, and walls, taking time to wrap and protect items instead of rushing. Their communication was excellent.
Thank you, Jessica! We appreciate your kind words and are glad to hear that Audrey and James made your move to California a smooth experience. Your recommendation means a lot to us, and we hope to assist you again in the future!
Roy, Kurry, Davin and China was fast, professional, and carful with my stuff. Great communication and fair pricing. Made the move smooth and stress-free.

I just moved from Atlanta to Las Vegas 3 weeks ago (Jan 2017) and I'm very happy with my move experience with the Coleman Allied team in Atlanta. Specifically, Peter Antoniades was the "sales person" I booked with and he was good at explaining everything and answering my questions. He was very prompt about returning my calls and getting the answers I needed. Waynesa, my Move Coordinator, was also really responsive and helpful.
The Roy Cade Crew delivered the most exceptional PCS move I have experienced in 18 years of military service. Roy, Ray, Randy, and China demonstrated a level of professionalism, coordination, and attention to detail that truly set them apart. From start to finish, they operated with precision and care. Every item—furniture, personal property, and high-value belongings—was handled as if it were their own.
Thank you, Jay! We're grateful for your kind words and are glad to hear that Roy, Ray, Randy, and China made your PCS move exceptional. Their dedication to professionalism and attention to detail truly sets our team apart, and it's wonderful to know that they eased the stress of your relocation.
