Most of these positive reviews seem fake… Hire at your own risk. This company appears to pick up random people off the street to complete jobs. They were completely unprofessional and, to make matters worse, they do not carry insurance. What was supposed to be a 4–5 hour move turned into a 10-hour ordeal. Fine—things happen. But during that time, they managed to break my 65” OLED TV and damage my California King bed. I honestly suspect the crew had been drinking.
Revised: My second experience was HORRIBLE! If you have a touchscreen fridge FIND ANOTHER MOVING COMPANY! As you can see from the earlier review, I used them before and the experience was great so I decided to use them again. I reached out to have a dresser, small patio furniture, a fridge and my Peloton bike moved. The other location was 8.1 miles from this location.
DO NOT USE THEIR SITE TO PAY A DEPOSIT!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER CONTACT YOU TO CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT!! Seriously, is this company even open anymore??? I have called them, sent a text message as well as an email and left voicemail. It has been over 24 hours since I paid my deposit for a move that is in 4 DAYS. I absolutely don't have time for this. I NEED A REFUND and to find someone else to do my move.

This company is horrible. I booked a move with 3 movers and they broke our 60" tv, a very expensive bed, and a whole lot of other small items. To top it off, as they broke the smaller items, they said nothing after being aware. We called the manager and Alex who says he's one of the moving coordinators who tells us he's going to add it to the insurance.
Truck came 1.5 hrs late and charged me for 9 hrs for a move that’s supposed to take 6 hrs. Truck driver Chris took 1 hr 45 mins for a 40 min drive from pick up and drop off locations and was very unprofessional. The two movers that came with him were professional and did their job. Do not recommend them.

My experience with LIOO Moving was amazing. I called their office and they picked up immediately. They directed me to the link to reserve my move which was very easy, and modern… which is surprising for a moving company. The movers Justin and Michael were very professional and also showed up on time. They moved me from my apartment in Atlanta from Old Fourth Ward to Buckhead.
This moving company moved me from Midtown Atlanta to Sandy Springs on a same day moving request. They were fast, but also careful. I recommended them for any moving services.
Great service at a fair price, the team helped me with an local move in Atlanta. Communication was easy and concise, they really did an flawless job.
LIOO Moving is hands down the best moving company in Atlanta. They performed a local move for me from Midtown to Buckhead. They moved me out of my apartment and placed my items in storage. The crew finished quickly, but also still efficient. The most important thing was that pricing and expectations were clear from the beginning. No surprises is always a plus! Highly recommend moving company.
