Missing 2000lbs of our items, many items came broken, scratched, and they damaged our floors. They were suppose to unpack our stuff and take the debris with them they did not. We have called multiple times always an excuse why they can’t. They sent out a very small truck to pick up even though we mention a bigger truck would be needed. They only picked up half said they’ll come back. When they came back the driver drove off as soon as I opened garage and called saying they’ll be back following Monday due to rain.

This has truly been the worst moving company we have ever encountered. We were home ready for the packers to arrive on a Wednesday. We were emailed/texted that they would arrive between 9-11. They didn’t show up until 6:15pm that night, just walked through to see what they had to pack and said they would “for sure” be at our home the next morning between 8-9 then left. That next morning, we didn’t see anyone. We weren’t notified where they were.

Horrible service! Not on time for pick up. Told me it was a ramp issue but it was a staffing issue. Only two workers showed up initially to load a tractor trailer! The third worker showed up two hours later with a strong odor of marijuana. Crew ran out of furniture pads and never had any wrap for furniture. I told sales rep, dispatcher and customer service to notify operations manager who has yet to call me. Damaged furniture in attached photos!

I have moved over 15 times in my lifetime, including multiple military moves during my military career. This move with Coleman was by far the worst I have ever experienced. They were competitive on pricing against two other moving company quotes I received, but I believe that cost me dearly in poor quality, poor communication, lack of timeliness of services and the entire experience. The packers overall were poor and missed a number of my drawers and cupboards.

So many things were carelessly packed. I am so disappointed. I trusted Coleman…never again! They used a third party to remove my television from the wall. They also removed my PRX Pro Gym and disassembled my sleep number beds. Now the parts for these pieces of equipment are now missing. Why would an experienced packer ‘NOT’ put these parts with the equipment to ensure efficient reassembly. Bolts for the PRX ‘THEY REMOVED’ from the ‘WALL’ are MISSING!

I don't know if our experience was an deviation from the norm, but I would not recommend Coleman Moving or Allied to any of my friends and family. The day of our move, a Friday, the first crew arrived at 11:30am, even though my arrival window was 8-10am, which I was willing to let go, but an hour into them working they received a call and were told to stop working, that they had been sent in error. Two and a half hours later, a semi arrives and proceeds to run over my neighbors mailbox.

Unfortunately, our experience with Coleman Moving started out well, got worse, and continues to get worse by the day. We have repeatedly tried to communicate with both Mary Danet and Bethanie Lomers, neither of whom care to live up to the service standards they promised. Pro: Up until the move started, everything Beth Uhlig promised us was handled well. Highly recommend Beth! Con: Once the loading team arrived, the process completely broke down.

This company moved a tenant out of a building at 501 Burke Dr. Hinesville, GA late into the evening and early hours (past midnight) on 10-11 April. Normally, that could be considered kind of movers to work such late hours, but not this time. They were loud, yelled up and down to each other from the balcony apartment down to the truck in the parking lot below and constantly made loud noise while rolling dollies up and down the ramp, throwing boxes in the truck, and hammering on wood loudly.
