HORRIBLE services!!! I thought my last moves were bad, Coleman was slow, very incompetent and when I called the GM I had to call four times before he even was available to entertain the thought of talking to me. I have moved several times with the military and NEVER had the issues I had dealing with this COMPANY. I waited nearly 3 weeks for my shipment that went less than 1000 miles and every time I called to ask where my stuff was I got a new line of BS. DONT move with these people......
They moved our stuff. The movers were rude to us and our realtor and our buyer of our home. They not only accepted another date after we asked for a certain date and never told us. They showed up the date we thought they were moving and didnt move. A surveyor came. After changing plans and everything around to fit there schedule. They showed up and were very rude. Almost refused to move our stuff due to “sanitation” even though we had everything cleaned. They then took 12ish hours to move everything.
The company held on to our crate for over a week waiting for a single second item, even after we requested it to be scheduled for delivery. They were poor at communicating and it felt like they were holding our things hostage. Upon delivery the company sent one person (the driver) to unload a full crate (1000lbs). Proving impossible to do as a one-man job due to the poor positioning of the crate in the truck, I myself had to help the driver unload and lifted every single box down off the truck.
Allied makes promises, but doesn’t follow through. They assured me that they would have a third party company on site to disassemble our treadmill. Didn’t happen. We were guaranteed delivery by July 23rd. Delivery actually happened on August 13th. Bed parts are missing, but all I get are excuses. Getting through to customer service is impossible. I would strongly advise avoiding this moving company.
My initial pickup in Colorado Springs went smooth, and I was under the impression that things would continue that way. I received my household goods last week only to find out im missing an entire wardrobe box of items! My transportation dolly is missing, my house aroma device is missing, I had bird shit on my couch when we put it back together! That doesn't make sense because everything was wrapped up before it was placed on the truck. My favorite pool cue is highly damaged and missing the top half!
I understand your frustration, Rashad, and I'm sorry to hear about the issues you faced with your delivery. It’s disappointing to have missing items and damaged furniture after your move.
This was a terrible experience from start to finish. I have a disability and one of the movers begin to mock me. As the movers were supposed to be loading the moving truck, they socialized more than anything. One of them took personal calls and the other was standing around. Then, when it came time for them to unload, they didn't ask where we wanted any furniture. They threw our stuff in here without any order. As a result, they broke our entertainment stand.
I pray everyone who read reviews on business reads this entirely. The fact that I have to give them 1 star just to write this review is insulting. I paid nearly $5000.00 yes $5K to have them move my belongings from VA to CO. Original fee was about $3K but I was told the increase was because I was moving at peak season. Now I understand it's across state lines but for that cost my belonging should've been well taken care of. The movers had about 2rms to pack (1bdrm, 1bthrm)and some kitchen supplies.

DO NOT use this company. I had issues from start to finish. My move started in AL and ended in CO. This has been the worst experience I’ve encountered with a move. From movers NOT showing up, to packers taking 3 hour lunch breaks, numerous dings on furniture, poor communication—manager at the AL location told my rep. Chris, that he was too busy to address my concerns because he had to get ready for a wedding— keep in mind I called during business hours. I will never use Coleman/Allied again.

Outstanding experience with this moving company. On time and very professional. Big shout out to Destiny, Florez, and Armorth. They were very friendly. Thorough. and handled all my stuff with care. They are making my move to Texas so much less stressful. Highly recommend.
