Did not come prepared or inform us what was needed prior to coming. Was standing there 7mo pregnant heavy baby in my belly and carrying my 1yo while the mover kept telling me multiple times they needed ties to tie the furniture and moving blankets, and that my husband should go buy it as they don’t provide it and most of their customers provide it, did not take responsibility for not bringing it or letting us know beforehand.
I was concerned on the loading and furniture I told them I had things packed inside that were put on their side and stacked upside down. Not strapped down well. I decided to trust since he said he had 27 years of experience. I had so much furniture damaged to include a family piece that was well over 100 years old.
Hi SuSu, This review is inaccurate and leaves out critical context. Our crew—including a senior mover with 27+ years of experience—repeatedly advised proper padding and protection, which you declined. You were resistant to standard procedures despite being clearly informed of the risks.

I highly recommend Peace of Mind Moving. This was my second time hiring this company and, again, they went above and beyond. Hatter and Fonz worked faster than I've seen anyone work. They were courteous and took very good care of my furniture and other items. I am in awe of how fast and carefully they brought my belongings up three flights of stairs on a warm June morning. I would not hesitate to hire this company again. They really do care about their customers! Thank you Hatter and Fonz for a fantastic move day!

Very reliable, experienced, and professional. They were very efficient. Both of the movers worked in a timely manner and made sure all of our goods were wrapped and handled with great care and precision. We were so impressed with them moving us up a flight of stairs to our second floor apartment. We very much appreciated all of their hard work.. We would highly recommend them to everyone. Peace of Mind Moving completely went above and beyond for my move. Hatter and Ron were exceptional!! I only had to move a few miles but they completely made this move possible. This company is affordable, timely, professional and friendly. I will be using this company again!!
