AVOID THESE GUYS AT ALL COSTS!! Highly disappointed in packing and transportation. Packing was absolutely a terrible experience, the crew left a bunch of things over that they “forgot” to pack. They didn’t bring proper cartons to pack the tvs, even though they promised them during the initial talks with them. Had to go to our storage place to pick up some boxes and driver had no clue that he had to do that, therefore the communication between the move coordinator and him was non existent.

These people are a joke. Had 2 guys come out on delivery day, complaining about UNPACKING my household goods (that's your job, yeah?) All day I heard about how they don't get paid by the hour, how late they will get home(3pm). They left my 60"flat screen on the floor because putting together my TV stand, along with many other things left in pieces, was a "liability" (confirmed: LIE). I mean these dudes were so lazy they didn't even connect my sectional couch!!!
Very expensive and horrible service I’ve been calling since May 30. It is now July 11 to try to get access to my storage unit and I have yet to even receive a date that I may be allowed to get in. I have called numerous times my attorney is called numerous times. This service from this company is horrible. Do not use them ever.
Packers were courteous but mispacked 4 large boxes full of antique picture frames. As a result the arrived glass shattered and needlessly broken. Company did not listen to my original request for more bodies, otherwise the packing may have been performed in less time and with less mistakes. Avoid Coleman.

Jordan and Edgerrin were absolutely great at unpacking our UAB delivery after it arrived from Korea. They had great attention to detail and even had a broken box from the shipping side photographed on their end before bringing it inside. They were sure to make sure all of the boxes and packing material made it out of the house and helped to make sure things got put in the right room so we can easily organize it. Would highly recommend!
