⭐ 1 Star This was my second time using Two Men and a Truck, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was how the truck was loaded. The truck has an 8-foot interior height, yet the crew only loaded it to approximately 6 feet high for most of the move, leaving a significant amount of unused space. When they eventually realized everything would not fit, they started stacking items all the way to the ceiling, but by then it was too late.
Hi Dylan, we hate to hear that we missed the mark during your second move. We’re happy to see that our claims department finished the process with you. We take your feedback seriously and will share it with our operations team to ensure we continue to improve where needed.
Beware! My “final total” which I thought I had paid in advance of the move was more than doubled upon completion of the task. They insisted after a $100 deposit that the bill be paid in full before the move could be executed. I went to the office and paid the $400 in cash. (Estimate: $500; Additional fees: $587; TOTAL CHARGES: $1087). That’s either incompetence, lack of Truth in Advertising, and/or plain dishonesty and theft.
Hi Deborah, we never take payment in full before the move. You must be thinking of the “pre-authorization” which is pretty standard to prevent fraud and non-payments. You received an estimate, agreed to, set up services, were fully aware of … More
TLDR; Look elsewhere for a moving service; Furniture damaged during move; took a while to unpack and report because of sick baby and COVID; franchise puts policy over customer and does not fix their damages. I don't expect my issue to be resolved or admitted to by the owner but I want anyone considering using them to take my experience into consideration and look into the many other high quality and affordable moving services in the area.
Hi Ryan, as of May 1, we are under new ownership. We're sorry to hear this happened. We value our customers, past and present, and hope to have the opportunity to show you how it's done right in the future!
Zero stars... On Nov. 21, 2025 I spoke and scheduled loading help for the following week. I was told by the scheduler the team would show up between 9:30-10, which she called back and asked if 10am-11am would be ok due to the appointment prior. I agreed to the 10-11am window. I received a call from the team lead on Tuesday Nov 25th at 11:03am stating they were en route. The team arrived at 11:47am and started loading the U-Haul I rented separately from another company.
We’re sorry to hear that this was your experience and appreciate you sharing your feedback. To clarify, our team did not load the fuel. We are not allowed to come into contact with hazardous materials and that was known by you prior to your … More
Unfortunately several cherished items were broken in the move. Some were part of the moved items and one that was not part of the move. The movers were quite annoyed that I wanted to report a claim for the damaged items. They insisted they take the damaged items with them so they could fix them but I refused once I saw wood glue come out as an attempt to repair the marble.
Coban, we understand the frustration regarding the damage to your items. Our claims department has been in contact with you, and we have reviewed the situation thoroughly. … More
very disappointing.whole house move that resulted in over $5000 in damages. Through there claims process that started over 4 months ago, they used some kind of "industry standard" Ponzi scheme to calculate their responsibility for the damages and offered less that 10% of the actual damages and have yet to pay that amount. The old adage applies here, "you get what you pay for",,,, stay away
Hi Vinny, we’re sorry to hear you weren’t happy with your resolution. It’s not just industry standard as you say, but how federal law regulates the process. We’re sorry there was a damage in the first place and we’re happy our claims department was able to get the process finished for you.
We had the movers do a job for my 84 year old mother in Titusville. They did a satisfactory job but they damaged a pedestal for a dryer and damaged the dryer during the moving process. We did take out the insurance policy for our protection …
Hi Ray, we apologize for the delay. It looks like we were able to get that voided and reissued to you. We apologize that the original got lost in the mail. Thanks for talking with us this morning! We hope you have a wonderful day!
Use this company 3 weeks ago to move from Melbourne to Cocoa worst company ever don't ever use them. They broke three pieces of expensive furniture. Broke a lamp and then they've given my husband the runaround on fixing it and then they …

Two Men and a Truck was extremely fast and responsive to my request for assistance. I was able to get a quote, schedule and complete my local small move within 48 hours! The two movers Alan and Ricky who helped moved some belongings to storage for me were not only polite and respectful but careful with my personal items as well. Well done Team! Thank you!
We’re happy to hear you your experience with our team was so great! Thank you for the 5-star shout out!
Two Men and a Truck made short work of my move!! They arrived early, and started immediately ~ very professional, polite, and efficient! I'd use them again (not that I want to move again anytime soon lol), and I've already referred them to a coworker!
Thank you so much for your referral! We can’t wait to see you again for a future move!
Antonio and Garfield were outstanding. Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly. This was a small job compared to many, just picking up and delivering two sofas that Haverty's said wouldn't fit in our elevator, even though we had good measurements. These guys got each sofa into the elevator in less than a minute and had them set up in no time without instructions. I also have to compliment Stacey, who was very helpful with scheduling and rescheduling.
Thank you so much, Laurie! We’re thrilled to hear that Antonio and Garfield made your delivery look easy and that Stacey was able to help coordinate everything smoothly. We’re so glad the team exceeded expectations and got your sofas set up with ease.
We utilized Two Men and a Truck Moving to move into our home in Viera. The guys were awesome. Every request was done exactly how my wife wanted. The guys were so accommodating. Moving is very stressful. Especially when closing dates change. We changed the date of closing at the last minute because I was hospitalized. My wife had to handle the move in without me. I am very grateful that they were willing to do anything they could do to help my wife.
Hey JW! We’re so honored we could help make a difficult time less stressful for you! Thank you for the kind words and the 5-star referral!
