Very unorganized. No workers showed up the first day. Second day workers were there but the truck showed up several hours late causing some arguments and fighting between the workers. All of it was very unprofessional. The job done was poor quality. Furniture had significant damages. White/cream sectional and sofa were both covered in black dirt/smudges that professional cleaners said could not be cleaned, several pieces of furniture were chipped, hardwood floors were damaged throughout the house, cloth headboard…

Stressful move. Poor communication. Delayed shipment. We were between two moving companies & ended up choosing Allied because we were told they would send a semi. They ended up sending a big box truck resulting in half of our belongings not fitting in one trip and we did not receive the rest of it for over a week. We did not know it would end up taking over a week to get the rest of our belongings as it was difficult to get a hold of anyone or get clear answers. It was more on a day to day basis if we were lucky.

I don't even know where to begin. Jeff Ryba was very professional when he came to my townhome to give me an estimate on my move. His bid was the highest I had received but I personally felt his company would handle my move from Florida to Colorado the best. OH MAN WAS I WRONG. I had not heard anything from the move coordinator as far as what time the movers would arrive so I called. It took me four call transfers to get Danielle to answer.

I NEVER write reviews, but there is no way I could not write this one if only to help someone else avoid the worst moving experience I have ever had. writing to share the full details of the most moving experience I have ever had. I hired Coleman for a move from Central Florida to South Florida in 2021 and had a great experience. This was the reason I choose Coleman for this move. There were numerous things that went wrong from day one of the move.

Do NOT use. Ever. Coleman Allied Jacksonville did not deliver & cannot find an entire crate full of our items worth at least $1100 that includes our children's favorite toys, family mementos, and 6', 8', & 24' ladders, which would have been hard to "lose." We were told by Jeff Ryba, our moving coordinator, that the warehouse manager could not find our missing crate or items and that we should begin the claims process. The claims department offered us $84 in compensation.

This was the worst moving company I have ever been in contact with in my life. Furniture, clothes, shoes were molded even children toys were molded. We asked for things to be taken back to warehouse and my Husband Louis Vuitton Bag was stolen and they don’t want to pay for it. Jose the manager has no answers for us regarding our shipment.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. This was the worst moving experience I have ever had to deal with. First of all, my things were picked up on 9/7 and was still in Jacksonville until 9/21. 2 whole weeks of just sitting there. Worst part, I had to continually follow up and finally they called me back to tell me that my things were still in Jacksonville. The delivery window to Chicago (where I relocated to) was 9/18-9/21. They got back to me on 9/20 to tell me this news.

I do not feel these 4 and 5-star reviews can be real! We just had our 7th professional move and made the unfortunate decision to use Allied Van Lines, which uses Coleman for their packing in Jacksonville. The employees of Coleman were by far the worst we've ever experienced with packing and loading our household goods. The packers loaded boxes with items with no packing paper and no concern for the items rubbing on each other or destroying each other.
