To start off the first day when I went to move my belongings in the exit gate would not open so I had to call the company cause I was stuck inside. So everytime I went to leave that day I would have to call in an verify my ID to be let out of the unit. Then 4 days later I get a call at work that my unit was broken into. When I got to check on my belongings my stuff is thrown everywhere and some of my belongings were missing.

If i could give zero stars i would! First couple of months were great until about a month ago i opened my unit to find GERMAN ROACHES AND THEIR FECES ALL OVER ALMOST EVERYTHING I OWN AFTER GOING THTU MY DIVORCE! the few items i did have still that i put in this storage unit are ruined some of them being sentimental and irreplaceble(on thing specific is a bible that now has roach feces on alot of the pages😭.

If I could leave zero stars I would. DO NOT use this facility. It is rat infested! I hadn’t been in my two units for about 5 months and went to get something out of storage and when we opened the doors the smell of feces and urine was overwhelming. There are rat droppings all over everything, my boxes are all chewed through. Seen a huge rat climb out of a box and found a nest in the box and babies.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We have not had our boat at this facility for more than a year and have been trying to get out of the contract since that time. There's no one on site of course. Every time we speak with them, its something different. Send us a picture of the empty space. Nothing. Now my husband is very ill in the hospital and I'm trying to tie up loose ends, they want a power of attorney for me to speak with them.

NOT A SAFE PLACE TO STORE ANYTHING. My property was damaged and a theft was attempted on my property here. When I reported this, no one could tell me where the cameras are facing, if there are any cameras, there was no camera footage available, I was told to just go pay to have my property replaced/repaired. There is no one on the property ever. There are constantly people in and around the facility who don’t rent there. There are too many other storage facilities to risk renting here.

RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! I left the storage due these non-resolved issues: Both gates are broken and wide open for everyone. Homeless people live in the storage. Phone hours open at 8. Tell me why it's 8:37 and I am unable to get a service member! I cannot empty out my unit unless I get the combination from a service member!! I called 4 months ago about the gate being broke. It's still broke! I did give 5 stars, but had to change it!
Hi Jennifer, we truly apologize for the inconvenience you’ve experienced and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, the gate was severely damaged by a delivery company, requiring a full rebuild that involves custom fabrication and scheduling for installation.
Garbage depot. The units are not temperature controlled. Rodents allowed to run wild. You would expect that from a low rent storage. But, this is not a low rent unit. It starts with a special offer. Then that is gone. Then they like to go …

The storage unit is good. Area is well lit. Prices are a little getting a little high. Been with them just over a year now, still happy.
