DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company is highly unprofessional!!! My Girlfriend used them per their rating being so high, but it started out with they brought one less person than they promised, then they were rude one guy said "we are here to move what we want to move". They were instructed to move furniture and book shelves, but chose to dismiss her and move the boxes that we planned on moving this weekend.

This business claims to be and according to reviews is a good choice so my son hired them. They arrived at 8:15 am in a 19 foot truck to move a 4 bedroom house. It was estimated to take 7 hrs but because of the small truck and laziness of the three young men they sent out to us it took them double the time. They broke 2 of my queen size beds, a leg on my chest drawer and attempted to fix them but they were ruined and they lost screws to put my mirror back on my dresser and didn’t even bother to replace anything.

$80 for 1 trash can worth of household trash I forgot to take out. Probably great service for those that can afford it. EDIT: later received a mildly hostile and unprofessional call from an employee confronting me for my review. I updated it from one star to two stars to reflect the business's willingness to directly interact with customers. Way to hustle.

They backed into power lines, knocking out 2 poles and causing damage to our house where the lines were ripped out. They also scratched our floor in the move on top of everything else. Accidents happen and I never expected them to deny responsibity when there are pictures of their truck wrapped in the lines, but here we are 5 months later. Their owner is reprehensible with the way he talks to clients and with their own staff.
It should be known that the line we impacted was hanging more than 4 feet lower than required by law, due to the very recent Hurricane Helene (the most destructive storm in Georgia Power's 150-year history). We impacted the line in the … More
Owner made a comment about not understanding why a “grown man” can’t finish putting together a bed frame the workers left unfinished for whatever reason. Claimed I was standing over the workers most of the time.. I was unpacking boxes. Offered $50 on a $2000 bill for the expensive bed frame not being reassembled fully and the workers losing a couple screws to it. The last time I used a College Hunks location, one in Florida busted my $2000 tv. Guess this one’s on me for trying again.

Horrible company ripped the storage cube off the wall that was anchored and left holes in The walls damaged multiple pieces put daughters bed together which has bookcase and drawers drawers rails were upside down They put drawers upside down too instead of saying our bad and fixing it spent hours on putting desk they took apart and do not get it back had to colon to get them back to fix the desk refused wall damage etc

If you live in a the Aiken area, be aware they will not or don’t prefer to service you unless you have a certain amount of items to put in their truck. They called me the day of my appointment to tell me they were going to charge me almost 300.00 if I couldn’t come up with more items to put in their truck to make it “worth” the trip. Don’t advertise you service surrounding areas if there are stipulations.
