Two Men and a Truck Moving

I would find another company to use. My mother in law just moved out of state , and I get it , it was a lot of things. However, I continue to find more and more broken things. When truck #1 arrived, most boxes were not marked of which rooms the items were to be placed. Timothy started out being nice, but as truck #2 arrived with 2 more men, Timothy started demanding for them to hurry up hurry up. Were on a time frame, told me he had to be paid right now, right now before they unload anything , anywhere.

Movers were sent to address on file. There was a communication error about the apartment number. Dispatch, that day, said she would attempt to contact the movers to see if they could come back to start to move. I had to call multiple times over 2 hours for her to tell me that she could not get a hold of the movers, and would reschedule the move. She, or someone, would call me on that day to confirm the time for that move. Never got a call.

I called their phone number twice, emailed once, and received no response over two weeks. I went to their address listed here, and called the number on the door. I still received no answer. A woman inside came to the door, lifted the blinds, pointed to the number on the door, and set the blinds back down. I will be going somewhere else to receive help moving as this reflects the opposite of customer service, quality, and professionalism.

DON'T USE THEM ! They showed up late ! Then dropping boxes after asking them to not too! Take too many breaks . I paying to have people move stuff not take a break after everyload. Got Complaints from Local County PD they were blocking a Handicap Spots and a resident with a Walker could not use it. Police wanted to give me A Ticket for there Stupid Parking.

Had some issues with our move. Some of out furniture was damaged and was over charged on my bill. The billing issue was fixed after calling multiple times. The furniture is still being fixed, still waiting on two things to be fixed by the repair guy.

Two Men take no responsibility for any packing errors by their movers. They packed 10 large pictures in a make shift box. No packing material was used and the pictures were packed back to front instead of back to back and front to front. Also, packed pantry items by putting potato chips and pie crusts in the bottom of the box. Mover admitted to packing the pictures incorrectly. Managements response "your damage reimbursement is limited to $.60 per pound" The movers were very polite and respectful to the customers.

We booked them to move to our new house after calling and providing details in our attic the still committed to being able to make the move in one day with one truck since it was a local move. The truck showed up as scheduled and once they looked in the attics the movers said an additional truck was needed and they expressed frustration with being provided inaccurate estimates from the particular lady I spoke with in the office.

This is our second move with the company and definitely the last. We had such a great experience with them the first time and assumed it would be the same. Unfortunately, the men we got for our move last week were extremely slow and took forever to move our items. Also, during the quoting process I severely over estimated how much stuff we would be moving and we were quoted for 5.5 hours of work.
