Just hire 2 men and truck! This should have been a 3 hour job with the estimate of $632 with a $99 deposit. When they arrived we asked that they did not go over the 3 hour window so we wouldn’t be charged an additional fee. Within an hour of arriving the movers were taking a break! No this was not taken off of our time of $158 per hour, instead we were charged 4 hours totaling $802 including. At the end of the move I asked if I could run to the ATM for more cash and was threaten to be charged another hour.

This was by far the worst moving experience that I've had and I've moved several times. The movers were slow. They acted like they didn't know how to load a truck. It something that should have been no more than about 3 and 1/2 to 4 hours. Took 6 hours. Also they scratched and dented up a deep freezer and broke the frame of my bed and I've submitted multiple emails for the claim email address with no response. No status. Every time I follow up I hear nothing. It is absolutely the worst I would not recommend.

Website mentioned a price according to how much their truck is filled… 1/2 truck vs full truck. I had a rather large job of clearing out a garage full of stuff left from my deceased dad’s house, so I figured we’re talking full truck price. On Wednesday, I booked an appointment for the next day. They reached out to me for pics to provide a more accurate estimate. I sent those at 10am Wednesday.

Would not recommend. I always used Jdog moving which was always top notch when I needed junk hauled. They have apparently closed the local franchise so I had to find someone else. I needed a sectional couch, recliner and treadmill moved. They show up and the small truck is already almost full. Which was strange as it was 8:30 am. Door frame was damaged and the floor was damaged as they were trying to shove the couch through a door that clearly would not fit.

Overall a quick move, didn’t have many items. I was told over the phone they use tv boxes, wrap mattresses and wrap couches. None of those things were done. The mattress arrived stained with dirt on all sides, broken tv stand, filling cabinet with deep scratches and my couch is covered in dog hair (we don't own any pets and never have) which I have been unable to remove. No items were unwrapped at destination. No green carpet was laid down, no corner wrapping as other reviewers have mentioned.

Very bad experience. Charles and Earnest were two of the movers. One of them smelt like alcohol. They had zero regard for our stuff. They had no care in the world if things broke, which lots did. Would not recommend again.
