This is the most unprofessional company I’ve ever done business with. To keep it short, the two men I was given, one was his last few days working there and the other it was his second day and he broke his foot an hour before at the move before mine. TWO MEN AND A TRUCk-Columbus, Ga is HOLDING MY TABLE HOSTAGE! Two Men and a Truck damaged my dining table during a move. Their repair vendor returned it with a mismatched finish and peeling paint from being closed while wet. I spent nearly THREE MONTHS calling and emailing the owner with zero response. When they finally picked up the tabletop on June 18th to fix their own vendor's botched job, communication stopped completely.

It is really unfortunate that I feel like I have to write this review. First, I do want to say from my first call, to scheduling, to actual moving day was so smooth and everyone was pleasant and the guys who moved us went above and beyond. We assumed something was bound to get broken or damaged because that’s just how it goes, right? No big deal. Well, one of my husband’s prized possessions just happened to be the thing that was damaged. Scratches and dings everywhere. Still, no big deal.

They damaged my apartment, my new house, and almost every piece of furniture. It made no difference to then that the pieces were damaged. Operations manager advised they would send some one to fix furniture but it would take a few days to coordinate. I ordered four men an two trucks. They sent three men and two trucks. They had no tools. They did not wrap all furniture. Took numerous shortcuts in their work to save time. Only to waste more time and cause more damage.
This was not my first time using this company and to be honest the first few time wasn't that bad. But this was a big move there were 2 trucks and 6 guys. They did not handle my stuff with care throwing and sliding boxes around. banging things against my walls and i just paid $3000 to have the whole house painted so now i have to pay the painter to come back and do touch up. from what i was told my tool boxes just got pushed of the truck one is dented so bad cant even get it open.

We used Two Men and a Truck to move into our home from an apartment. Our home was being painted so we asked that they put everything into the middle of the room while it was finished being painted because we had to be out of our apartment. I witnessed several of our items being dropped, including a dryer that the mover tried to carry by himself, and items being banged into walls and doorways.

Nicole Jones (Original Review on Google) A little over a week ago we had scheduled Two Men and a Truck to move some of the heavier stuff for us to our new home, however when they arrived, they decided that due to the fact that the house was messy (hello we are packing and moving) that it was unsafe and unsanitary to move and seemingly talked down to both my husband and stepmom who were trying to handle things while I was at work.

I've used 2 men and a truck on numerous occasion's, I've moved state to state with 2 men and a truck, sadly the Columbus franchise does not stand up to any of the others. I've waited for 4 months to write this review because I had my stuff in storage and I didn't want to make accusations until I was 100% sure. I was moving from my home in October and I hired 2 men and a truck to move my 4 bedroom home to a storage location for 4 months.

We recently used Two Men and a Truck Columbus, GA for a large move from Eufaula, AL to Birmingham. The entire staff was great in all aspects from pre-move logistics to final completion of the job. The office staff provided great communication and promptly answered all our questions. We had a crew come in & do most of the packing before the actual move and they were professional, courteous, efficient and took great care of our belongings. The move into the new house went just as well.
Just completed my second move using Two Men! It was great! Amazing job wrapping and protecting my furniture. Polite, professional, efficient and prompt! A fair price and great value. I highly recommend these folks if you need to move.

I truly appreciate Two Men and a Truck for their services. They called me to let me know they we're headed this way. And they arrive on time and ready to move my things. It was raining really bad but they stayed professional and kept moving.
