College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving Conroe

Do not use these guys! Customer service would have you belive you are going to experience a hustle free move but be aware! They won't tell you during booking but apparently you have to purchase additional insurance. They will show up and coerce you to sign a form that says they will reimburse damage at 60 cents per pound. If you contest they will explain that they typically find a replacement or fix the damage. Plus you are trapped...schedule wise. Took about 7 hrs to move a 1 bed room apartment..800 sqft.

The team was rude, only 1 of them could communicate, they were supposed to move 2 units and only moved 1/4 of 1 unit and said they couldn’t do anymore because they “didn’t have room”. However, the truck was only loaded about waist high. They didn’t wrap my items with anything, they were slow and wasted everyone’s day. This is the 2nd time I’ve tried this company and both times I had a terrible experience.

I would put no starts if it was allowed. Horrible! Stay away from this company or franchises. I was quoted a little over $900.00 to end with a $2300.00. Communication was great to start with problem started when these 3 guys showed up. I had more boxes that expected, I let them know when they arrived even called the corporate to let them know.

One star because they were polite and got the job done, but that’s it. They damaged the floors of our brand new home after being asked repeatedly to put something down to protect them while moving in our refrigerator. They also chipped several door frames. They weren’t going to take my son’s crib because they were running out of room in the truck, but what was he supposed to sleep in???

This company is a rip off. They quoted me $2k for a 2 bed, 2 bath 700sqft house going to a 1 bed 1 bath 600sqft apartment on the bottom floor, that was already MOSTLY packed and cleared. They wanted to charge me over $100/hour. I was moving from Willis to Tomball, that’s MAYBE a 30 minute drive and it would’ve only been 1 load. I needed something quick and big for the rest of my stuff due to my boyfriend being out of town for work. Needless to say, I went with a much cheaper company that only charged me $500.

I had high hopes after reading reviews but my wife and I weren’t impressed. They were fast but to the point where they damaged some of our belongings and ran into walls/doorframes etc. several times. They just weren’t very careful like you would want and expect from movers. On top of that after they hooked up the washer we went do a load of laundry the next day and then realized they never put the drain hose in and we had water all over our laundry room floor. I wouldn’t use them again.

If you dont want con artists moving your house don't by any means use this company! They completely ruined my hard wood floors. They slid a piece of furniture all they way from a spare bedroom down the hallway past the dining room and through the living room. They refuise to take responsibility even though they admitted falt. Going to have to hire an attorney now, excited about that.

Earny and renzo helped me out today Very quick, efficient but also rushed Left debris all over the stairs and in the parking lot A friend of mine got a flat tire a few hours after the move bc they ran over one of the many parts scattered throughout the trail of debris (Pressured me to write a review directly in front of them before they left, it was awkward)
