Terrible experience! The movers scuffed up several pieces of furniture and totally smashed my rolling island cart with marble top. The movers said I would be reimbursed for the damage done. I filled out the damage report and turned it in. They responded they would review it. This was Oct. 24, 2025. I kept calling and emailing. A month has gone by and they are ghosting me. This should have been taken care of immediately. The movers acknowledged they broke it. The company needs to own up to this.

I wish I could give a zero. HIGHLY recommend NOT using this mover. Damaged 4 items, only told about one because it was so obvious - broken leg on a desk. The others were hidden and found after the movers left. Final price was $300 OVER the quote and we had less stuff than advised on quote. Offered $76 of the $439 worth of damage due to some rule of getting 60 cents per pound. They had to come twice because they purposely brought a smaller truck than needed hoping to stuff our items in it.

Saw $99 on the website for a single item. Great. Then the guys show up and tries to charge $250. That's not a 'fee,' that's a rip off. I sent them packing. Pun intended. The guy was rude on top of that. Knew not to trust some gimmicky company, but I was in a rush. Got a real mover that charged a reasonable price.

My initial experience with these movers was positive—they were polite, and I even tipped them, believing all had gone smoothly. Not true, and I do not recommend this company. I take some responsibility as I was still packing for my older brother, who had recently had a stroke. I did not watch them pack every item. I learned a very costly lesson: always inspect the truck and your furniture thoroughly before the movers leave. I paid $999 for a terrible job.

Isaac and team arrived and started out strong. By the end of the first hour only 1 guy was actually moving items until they got to their last 10 minutes. Once I arrived to my destination almost every piece of furniture was extremely damaged. I do not recommend.

They were fast, courteous and efficient, highly recommend. Only issue was the office telling me during booking I needed to organize my own truck if I was just doing a moving labor job, and the day of I found out that wasn’t true and wasted $90 for a U-Haul. Apart from that miscommunication they did a great job and came in under estimate for the labor.
