This was by far the WORST experience I've ever had with a moving company! I am on hospice and the team they sent to my house was less than cordial or pleasant. They were rude. Outside of that they also broke multiple items in the move, they're supervisor refuses to refer me to someone over his head because he cannot fix the problem. They want to charge me again for a problem that their company failed to perform.

Well, I had to move in December of 2023, and I used this company. They did a good job & I was happy for their help. Then, 3 months later, I once again had to move, and this time they didn't do so good. They had a new kid there & it seemed a bit chaotic. So after I get in my new apt, I found out that I was missing a large box full of my clothes. I called them & told them about it. All they said was, "Well, we'll look for it".

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They tore a big scratch in my wifes dining room table, broke a handle off her grandmothers china cabinet, and did not bring any boxes during the move. When calling to set up the move I had specifically told them we needed at least twenty boxes, TV and mattress protectors. Once the movers arrived, they had 0.

Hired this company to move our large items for us. They did such a tremendous job with that we decided to hire them again to move the rest of the house. They showed up and charged us for 3 hours to load our garage before they said they had no room left and needed to leave for the day. Not a single item from inside the house was touched and now we have to hire a different company to come in and do what two men and a truck charged us to do. Please do yourself a favor and do not use this company!

To move a one bedroom apartment they took 5 hours(extremely slow) and charged me $1,066 after they told me it would be between $600-$800. To make it worse I had to leave the apartment and meet them at the house to unload and they left 3 car loads of boxes at the apartment I had to spend the next few hours going back and forth doing myself. Just to expensive to not even finish the job. Terrible company use anyone else. Let's see if they attempt to rectify this issue

Horrible move. They broke my brand new furniture. We’re unprofessional. Especially Austin and CJ. Do not care about anything and ignored my requests. Only wanted to send $24 for my broken furniture. Very rude, unprofessional, and I would never recommend them to anyone. Tried calling Chad who is the supervisor and was told he isn’t available. So now because of the movers and Austin I am stuck with broken brand new furniture.

Buyer beware! Had the worst experience with this moving company. Failed to meet their cost and time estimates, had to help get a piece of furniture and mattress up the stairs, took 13 hrs to move a 3 bedroom apartment 8 miles. This mover should take some lessons from Good Greek moving; have used them twice and recommended them to a friend. They are the best!

Awful experience from start to finish. Movers complained about stairs, wasted time on their phones, and worked so slowly my family had to step in to help. They damaged walls, broke a desk, and ruined my couch. A month later, still no resolution. Office manager Austin has been no help. Completely unprofessional and not worth the money. Two Men and a Truck moved some things to storage for us today and did an amazing job! They arrived on time, were polite, and very careful with our things! KC and Zay were hard workers and never slowed down the entire time they were at our house. You could tell they had a lot of experience and knew how to work efficiently. I highly recommend them! If we need to move again, I would request KC and Zay to do the job!!

From my very first phone call, I had a wonderful experience with this company. The office staff members I spoke with on two different days were incredibly courteous, kind, and helpful. They followed up exactly as they said they would. The day of the move went just as smoothly. I am so thankful for them and especially for the wonderful movers, Mr Charlie and Mr. Joel. They did a wonderful job and wow! They really impressed me with how much they did so quickly. They always asked instead of just doing something that could have possibly caused damage, for example they decided not to take the dolly up the stairs with boxes because they didn't want to ruin my carpet. Those gentlemen really worked hard. The day prior I had a different company that was supposed to move me.
