1. There was a lack of coordination between the pre-sales team and the installation crew. The pre-sales team recorded the items I needed to move for an estimate but didn’t advise me on the preparation required. The installers unexpectedly informed me that TVs had to be removed from walls, and the washer and dryer had to be disconnected. This led to unexpected expenses and delays, as I had already moved my tools and had to buy new ones.

One of the worse moving service, several issues found after moving in an slowly unpacking . They keep sending out the same copy paste email and taking no action against the issue, Broke my LCD during moving , damaged my freezer , washing machine , TV console table , there is a list of things we found after opening the boxes . Call center goes to Philippines where there is no help , no follow up . The guy who came said I have photogenic memory and couldn’t fix the desk made it into a V shape .

HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Scheduled well in advance for the move of my apartment. Received several confirmations for a morning arrival...9-10. By 11:00 no show. I called. Had to leave message. No call returned. Called again. They were delayed. Had to reschedule for later that day. Fine. No show AGAIN. Called again......same scenario...rescheduled for later that day. Around 5pm got a call from "operations manager", I use that title loosely... Had to reschedule for following day at 2pm.

Don't be deceived by the 5 star reviews. This company is hit or miss. The first time I used them and spent $1800, they were great. So, of course, I decided to use them a second time (spending another $500). BAD CHOICE! They changed my time (which I agreed to), but when the movers showed up one of them said "I wasn't moving you at 5:00, so you wouldn't have had a mover if you kept that time." He complained the ENTIRE time of how heavy items were and how inconveniently they were located in my storage unit.

I had a terrible moving experience with the East Atlanta division of College Hunks Hauling Junk on 11/30. The move took longer than expected - 7/8 ish hours for 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom. The price was also more than originally quoted. My furniture was damaged because the movers did not handle my items with care. The check I received for the damages barley covers a professional cleaning and definitely wouldn’t replace the items which total $2400.

I had to move short notice and I found College Hunks by doing a Google search. I was moving from a two bedroom on the second floor to a two bedroom on the third floor. Tim, Shane and Bo were the team that was assigned to my move. They were patient, professional, respectful and had great attitudes, especially with all the things that I had to move.
