Extremely Disappointing Moving Experience I am compelled to express my profound dissatisfaction with the moving services provided by your company. This experience has been the worst I have ever encountered with a moving service. My husband and I chose to engage your company after being assured of a 2-hour pick-up and drop-off window. We requested a morning slot to avoid Atlanta traffic and to accommodate our new home location, which is an hour away.

Do not use this company. The movers we had smelled like straight up Marijuana. One guy kept vanishing on the job and we moved alot of the small stuff and broke down the furniture for them ourselves and I even had to help them move furniture and me on light duty and not supposed to lift over 30 pounds due to doctors orders just to get them out because they wanted to take their time and stop at the store in route while on the clock and drag the move out because we was their only job and they still wanted to over…

I contacted Two Men and a Truck for a quote. Due to my pending offer including my relocation, a requirement was to have quotes for the move. I called the Tucker office, spoke with an African American woman who promised to call me back with the quote. Needless to say, she never called back. I would like to thank her for the horrible customer service. Thanks to her, I will be using another company. Good thing the customer service was poor she saved me from the headache of dealing with an unprofessional company.

Having used Two Men before I looked forward to an easy move. Two bedrooms from an apartment to a house, both first floor. They were an hour late then complained that there was too much to move. Three men were in the crew. They ran out of boxes so they made one from a refrigerator box. All the small bathroom items went in the bottom with the bedding and towels on top. At the new place they were in a hurry. I directed each item to the appropriate room. These instructions were ignored in many instances.
Mr. Cooper, Our office informed that the team would arrive between 9:30 and 10:00. We apologize that we were unable to commit to an 8:00am arrival at the time of booking. We understand that moving can be stressful. Eviction circumstances can be an added stressor.
Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. This franchise was more than EIGHT HOURS LATE to our move. The short version is that they kept feeding me excuses and promises, then more excuses and promises. The area manager, Holly, offered me $22.45 as "compensation" for the "inconvenience." She stood by that offer because "in the end, we moved you that day." Darsell, the manager, would never return my calls.

The driver in charge argued with me, said negative things about the amount being moved and what was being moved. At one point, they turned off the road from behind me and I lost them on the way to my home. Then when we got to my home they refused to put things where I wished them to be placed. I have a torn rotator cup and will not be able to move these by myself they knew this. They scratched and dented two doorways in my home trying to shove a chaise lounge through them.

"WARNING, WARNING BEFORE YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY". This is by far the worst company I have ever hired to move and store our belongings. We've moved five times into new homes and never experienced the trouble, disrespect, unprofessional, lies, and uncaring people that run this office in Tucker. Oddly enough one of them was part owner.

I have used Two Men and a truck roughly 6 times in past few years for various family moves. Used them three weeks ago to move my parents house into independent living and the guys and move was incredible. I realize now when you call 800 number they forward you to whatever local franchise they choose because when I called again I got a different company.

First time customer and very satisfied. They were on time, extremely professional, quick and hard working. Arrived at 9:30 am. Left my home at 7:30 pm and only took a 30 minute break. Nothing damaged and priced exactly as quoted.

I have complains about my movers. Drake whom was the lead of the group was understanding and urgent. He saw me struggling and even calmed me down. Since the minute the got to the apartment (a 3 story, no elevator) complex, they started working. They were really caution about covering my furniture and bed, as well as bringing my boxes. I didn’t take the name of the other two guys but the skinny one was on a roll. I have a picture of how well they stored my stuff, and everyone says they did a great job.

Two Men and a Truck moved my belongings to storage on Saturday, July 29, 2023 and they were EXCELLENT. From the beginning of me using their services, the staff was polite, attentive and knowledgeable of what I would need. The morning of the move, Garrison, Cameron & Lamar showed up and they were on top of things! I can not say enough about how hard they worked, how prompt they were and they were very personable. It really felt like a crew of my friends were assisting me in moving.

I chose Two Men and a Truck as my first moving company experience. My first review was not a good one, because I did feel like it was too much money for the service I received. I should have read the quote more carefully, so that's an error on my part. Their prices are their prices, but I would've kept shopping around if I knew it was going to be that much.
