⸻ One Star – Dishonest Estimate and Poor Service I hired this company after the owner personally came to my home to provide an accurate quote. He advised the move would take three men (including himself). On moving day, only two men arrived on time. The owner showed up late, stayed about 30 minutes, and then left the two movers to finish the job. A third “fill-in” worker finally showed up for the last two hours—meanwhile I was being charged by the hour, stretching the move to 8.5 hours.
Hey Ms. Brittany, Update: You were only quoted for 2 men, our 3 hour minimum and a $200 fee for materials/truck/mileage/gas fee. The owner only came to help as a courtesy to you. … More
BEWARE!! MJ (or Michael) acted professional until it came time to take responsibility for the damages their company caused during the move. While bringing in a furniture piece, they punctured a hole in our stairwell wall. MJ claimed he would "fix" it, but his fix ended up being him slapping some putty over the hole himself and leaving the job unfinished.
