Two Men and a Truck Moving and Storage

Do not use this company. They did not bring enough trucks, people, packing materials to get our house moved in one day like they said they could do. We had to call family to come help us get the last things out (7 truck and 5 car loads back and forth to get things out). They moved and STORED our whole house at their "secure" and "climate controlled" warehouse. It was NOT secure (since many of our belongings AND furniture are now missing) and it was NOT climate controlled (molded furniture and appliances).

Josh came to my home to view and quote the job. I agreed to the terms and scheduled the job for 04/23/2025. James and his helpers ( use helpers because they were not professional movers) were very prompt arriving at the scheduled time. Things didn't start out very smoothly. James was getting my signature on all necessary papers. He explained a $220 fuel charge. I questioned the charge because my move was less than two miles away.

My recent experience was not favorable, and I was very disappointed with the outcome. The scheduled arrival time was 9:00-10:00 AM. The actual time of arrival was 12:36 PM, over three hours later than what was originally stated. This alone was a waste of my morning and time. The team seemingly had low energy at the beginning. I believe they had stopped on the way to have lunch due to the food bags in the truck. One team member slipped and fell on the ramp, the ramp then fell to the ground.

What a joke! The movers took 5 hours to move my things from storage onto the truck. Once they arrived to my home, they said they didn't know how to set up the furniture! Now here is the joke, their boss told them to ask me to assist them in setup. LOL. However, since the movers couldn't finish the job, management said they would send someone out the next day! I was cool with that. Well the next day no one called, so I called them. Leon promised he would have someone out there.

My 63 year old mother requested Two MEN and a Truck. She got Two BOYS and a Truck. Upon their arrival she noticed the two boys were going at a extremely slow pace and decided to move boxes closer to the door for them. Loading the truck with her 2 bedroom (10X15 sq.ft.storage unit) took 4 hours. Her valuables (TVs, mirrors, lamps and 2 mattress sets) were not wrapped properly. Her friend wrapped a TV and the extension for her dining room table.

Worst mistake of my life, hiring this careless and uncaring company. They ruined a $2500 TV, a $200 rower and a $50 TV stand. Total value $2750. They offered me $70 as compensation. This is a joke, right? Nope, $70. Their movers did not wrap our items carefully, leading to all the damage. The glass TV stand was not padded or wrapped, it just sat on the hard floor of their truck so of course it will shatter when you hit bumps!

I only gave one star so I could actually write a review otherwise no stars! They broke my 55 inch tv less than a year old and replaced it with a 32 inch that apparently they were using before substituting it for mine but calling it my new tv. The guy showed up with no remote and after saying he would bring it back proceeded to show firm me there wasn’t one and “I” needed to purchase a universal remote.

Unfortunately I had a really bad experience. We moved last month and the service was horrible. Our move was a 30 minute drive, but it took the movers 4 hours to come to the second location. They broke my daughter's vanity set. As we are unpacking our items we noticed several items are missing. A sound bar, a shop vac, and several other things. I asked for a discount for the inconvenience and was denied. All they said was "we are sorry." What were they doing for 4 hours in between? Our move started at 1:30.
