I'm a 20 year military spouse with over 6 moves under my belt and I felt it was extremely important that other families planning their long distance PPM (previously called DITY) moves (or corporate, personal moves - whether military or not) to be aware that College Hunks employees are not trained at all to pack boxes appropriately or load up a moving truck to limit damage as it travels.

In December, we had a moving service where we had 3 pods moved in to our home. Two of the three pods were on the street because the previous owner installed an irrigation system so no one could drive on the grass. Before the move, I told the problem to the Move Lead about not driving in the grass and apologized it would be more work for his crew. He suggested that we bring in a 4th guy to help with the work, and I agreed. The team of 3 worked for an hour before the 4th person showed up.
