Do not trust them! Got a quote for $7300 for a move 4 hours away for a 3 bedroom house. It took a lot longer than was quoted and there wasn’t enough room to fit everything in the trucks so our move was delayed after packing the trucks all day. We finally get our stuff moved in the following day and were asked to pay a total of over $9000. The travel time we were charged was double what was quoted. We refused and called to dispute.

To summarize: Incredibly slow movers (over 4 hours over the estimated time) that damaged over half of our furniture during the move. No one has responded to me about compensation for the damages even after I submitted a report. Details: We hired Pink Zebra movers to move from a 3-bedroom townhouse to a 4-bedroom house. During the process of booking, we listed out every piece of furniture we’d need moved, as well as an estimate of the number of boxes.

Pink Zebra came to my home on May 14th. One guy had body oder (and he was packing my clothes). I hate to even bring that up, but it is what it is. Not only did this young man ask some very inappropriate questions (almost like he was stalking) about how much my home is, do I have parties, where am I moving to, how much is that house, etc., but one young man used my toilet which would not be a problem, but the aftermath was disgusting. Long after they left, I went upstairs to follow this foul smell.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! first we were quoted $3,500 for our move when everything was went over about how big the house was, how many items that had to be moved, what was being moved so on so forth. they said it would be done by dinner time with a start time at 9AM. they didn’t get done until 1:30am the next day!! this wasn’t even the big issue. the biggest issue we had was that they damaged almost all of my belongings, door frames, walls, doors and so much more in my new home.

I was told furniture would be wrapped and protected. The mattress would be placed inside plastic bags. This didn't happen. The items being moved where in the living room by the front door. Ready to go. None of the wood furniture was wrapped in moving quilts. The mattress had mud on them when setup at new address. I had 3 family members help unload the truck just to get the move finished and over. After loading the truck the crew took there lunch break.

I would not recommend this company. They damaged our hardwood floor and we have been in a fight with them ever since to take care of the damage. They don’t respond back timely and so far it has not been taken care of.

My son used Pink Zebra after my Dad had a good experience. My son had the opposite experience. They took forever, they ripped the back of an expensive couch and told him they would pay a minuscule amount.

Very enjoyable experience overall. The movers were friendly, on time, and took care of all our things. Even with really bad weather they kept going and made sure everything was wrapped and protected. Would definitely recommend.

John and Roy were fantastic from start to finish. Polite, professional, and very hard workers. Not a single scratch, bump or mishap even through pouring rain for 90% of the move. Will be using pink zebra again when we move into our new home next spring!
