I had an annoying move (for me) unfortunately - we had to move out of our place on the 9th, and couldnt move into the new place until the 12th. College hunks does store their trucks overnight which is awesome, however when move-in day came. Disaster struck. Our TV broke during the move. I filed a claim the next monday (6/15). I was sent a form to fill out 6/16, I got it back to them same day (you have 7 business days to get it back to them). Then I waited. And waited. I called them on the 22nd or 23rd.

The guys - actual movers - are great; used them before. Lincoln franchise business office is not to be trusted. We had to cancel our move - well in advance of the reserved move date - because my wife needed surgery. I was told my deposit would be refunded. That was months ago. I've been told that "the check is in the mail" - on 3 different occasions. Staff person answering the phone even swore he saw the manager"write the check." I guess they forgot to mail it - no check.

Would not recommend. I scheduled the appointment by phone conversation with Eric at 8 AM. Movers were to arrive between 10 and noon. They no showed the moving appointment. Customer service is a call center who said there was no record of …

I had a move done with them on Tuesday and the move started with the guys doing the move telling me they did not know they were going to more than one location. Even thought they got a pallet jack and a truck with a lift gate. I had to call and was able to get ahold of a person that called them and told them it was scheduled that way.

Wouldn't recommend, damaged my property, then demanded payment in full before they processed my damage claim. The "Team Lead" Shayla also made a great impression with how she talked about us to her "Team" on our property and my neighbors overheard it. Edit: In response to the "owner" I still haven't seen the previous "time stamped" photos. As they don't exist. I'm disputing the charges with my bank, as I expected a "professional" moving company to actually be professional.
Unfortunately, this is completely false information. Our team documented the pre-existing damages in question with time-stamped photos, then discussed this with the client prior to moving the items.
Lincoln, NE: Worst moving experience ever. Two of the team were excellent. They gouged my wall I and had to repair. They scratched my hickory floors because a new person was trying to carry a deep freeze by himself. Our kitchen table is all scratched up. Our king mattress has a hole in it, the lead manager accused us of having too many boxes as to why they were cramming stuff on to the truck at back of the load.

Schaffers Appliance hired these people to to deliver their refrigerators. That went real well! They banged the refrigerator on the corner of the entertainment center. Yap put a dent right in the center of the door. It has now been 7 months and we just got the 4th door shipped with out a dent. I don't know who's problem that was but now the door does not swing properly because they failed to transfer all the parts from the old door to the new door.

I hired them to move my piano. They would’ve got 5 stars for customer service, but they dropped the piano and one of the pedals no longer works. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times to ask them if they’d be willing to help me get it fixed. Dropping a piano is understandable. It’s a heavy thing. But it’s the not responding to my follow up emails and calls that rubs me the wrong way. My wife watched them drop the piano, so it’s not secret that it happened lol.

The H.U.N.K.S. led by Terry were WONDERFUL! We had them move us from 2 residences, a difficult to reach apartment unit as well as a house, into another house. They were timely and so incredibly kind and good natured. They were very careful and made sure to confirm that everything we needed moved was moved. When we arrived at the final residence, they assembled our furniture for us and even placed it in the proper rooms which I thought was going above and beyond.

T, Malackia and Damien did a fantastic job. All 3 of them made my day with their energy and humor. They make a fantastic team, and were able to get the job done within 45 minutes, with a great price.
