Absolutely unacceptable experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere. We just opened our moving truck and almost everything is broken. Not only was the furniture damaged, but many of our items were not wrapped or protected at all. From the start, the packing job looked careless. Boxes were stacked without regard to weight, items were wobbling in the truck, and furniture that we specifically pointed out as expensive or fragile was left unwrapped.
Asked for movers 10-12. They showed up a little early. The company then charged me for a 3rd hour. The movers said they wouldn't charge us for more than 2 hours but the company did anyways. Ashley was awful to talk to. Unprofessional & no integrity. Would not recommend. Find another company.
Hi Jessica, we arrived early and started early- movers dont decide billing, we do upon booking with contracts. Movers worked 3 hours, therefore billed for 3 hours. Im sorry youre unhappy about that, but it was billed according to our binding contract.
I cannot recommend them. I hired them for labor only to help me move. She sent me two kids that were really young who had very little experience moving. I was overcharged. It was a terrible experience.

Had an unexpected change of plans for our out of state move and called weeks in advance of the actual move. Had paid over $500 which was non-refundable. We will be moving in the next couple of months again and the owner wasn’t even willing to keep the money we’ve paid as a credit for a future move. Will definitely be finding another company to handle our move. Would be nice if they were a bit more understanding and flexible.

They will rip you off/ send unqualified help I will emphasize (cory) did great the other guy was really slow and prolonged the move ..a less than 3 hour move in to 5 hours $1100 for a two bedroom going to new house 10 minutes away

I'm blown away at how easy the entire process was to get furniture moved. From first contact to the time the crew left, communication was excellent. The crew was friendly, courteous, and efficient. The way they communicated with each other as they moved each piece was really cool. Had I tried to do this with my significant other, we probably wouldn't be together now. So glad I trusted the professionals! I will most definitely use T² again.

I’m very impressed with T2 movers. I moved across several states to Lincoln and had a baby grand piano secured in a U-Haul. T2 did an amazing job taking my piano off the U-Haul and getting it into our apartment. I appreciate the care they took in making sure the piano was secured on the piano board, getting it off the truck and into our place to set it up. The guys were very communicative through the whole process. I wasn’t worried or concerned once - that’s a big deal to me.
