TL;DR I strongly discourage you from using this franchise. Other TMAAT franchises have been exceptional. I have no quarrel with Two Men and a Truck as a company; my issues are with the Omaha franchise specifically. This franchise completely failed at every level. Pre-move (rude staff), moving (incompetent, unprepared crew), customer service (complete failure to respond to calls or emails), and post-service (unjustified collection threats) 1.

Absolutely awful. The two men who showed up to move us were nice enough, but it was clear that one of them was very inexperienced. Many of our items arrived damaged (I even saw them drag my very nice treadmill across the concrete leaving huge gauges and scratches), and they didn't even use moving blankets in the truck. Speaking with the owner after I reported all the damages was very frustrating. He just wanted to offer $75 for the thousands of dollars worth of damages. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

I hired them to pack paintings and pictures. They left the boxes opened, so that you can see the paintings. I called customer service 5 times to fix what they did. I never had any answer. The job was poorly done and customer service never answered. They were waiting at home for boxes for 56 minutes, and they said it was only 45 minutes. Bad service, bad customer service and they were not prepared with all the material. Very expensive too, especially for the poor job they did.

Slowest movers I have ever seen. Took 3 men nearly 6 hours to move only enough stuff to fit in a 650sq.ft assisted living facility. No couch, no washer/dryer, no stove, no fridge...just 30 boxes, 2 recliners, 3 end tables, 1 bed, 2 dressers …

Moved Monday June 15th, it is now June 21st. Had a couple issues called their customer support multiple times daily without a return call or answer. Got a hold of sales once and was quickly rerouted to the same generic voicemail.

Came on time. Both Brent and Freddie were super friendly and professional. They got to work immediately. Everything was wrapped and protected, and they took good care moving it out to the truck.
Carlos, Tereance, and Edward did an absolutely incredible job with my move! Truly a 10/10 experience from start to finish. Midway through the move, the elevator unexpectedly went out, which meant carrying everything up five flights of stairs. They handled it with such a positive attitude and never complained once. They were incredibly efficient, careful with all of my belongings, and so kind throughout the entire move.
Schy, Oliver and Terrelle did an amazing job of moving my family and it was a big move. They started at 7:45 am with my daughter's apartment and storage unit, took lunch, and moved my house in the afternoon. They finished at 7:00 pm. It was a long day, and Schy, Oliver and Terrelle worked tirelessly the entire time. I so appreciate everything they did.
Luis P., Kay, and Taliq did a great job moving my household goods into storage. They were friendly, transparent throughout the process, and careful with everything. Adriana was also very helpful in getting the appointment set up. Great experience all around.
