I hired this company for a specific job: to expertly load 3 PODS for a cross state move and months storage. It was a disaster, I was in shock: all my furniture arrived wrecked. Making matters worse was the follow up customer service. My contact person never got back to me. When I finally got a hold of someone at the office, he was very rude and basically brushed me off and didn’t bother getting back to me either. Extremely disappointing.

I wish I could give a ZERO rating for this. First they were 5 hours late to my move.. carelessly Broke my bookshelf and then DOUBLED the amount of time that it took to move. It took 1 hour and 20 minutes, driving included, and somehow that came to 700$?? when their hourly charge is 170$??? I had ten boxes and a nightstand and a small bookcase???? They over charged me And didn’t take into account my deposit?? Then when I call to speak to the franchise ‘owner’, he proceeds to be so condescending and rude.

We booked this company after reading all the great reviews. We have a 3 month old and moving a crib was our top priority. When we called to book, we were assured 5 times (yes, because we asked 5 times) that the guys are able to disassemble and reassemble the crib. The morning of the move, the guys showed up and said we cannot reassemble the crib, and if we wanted, we can cancel the move! Really?

Guys did a great job, but as I explained when I booked them that I didn’t need a huge truck. Literally needed a college hunk with a truck or van to move relatively small amount of items left behind. And the price showed as I was billed for 2 hrs, your minimum, transportation and a large truck, which I definitely did not need. Paying over $600 for 2 hours I believe was excessive!!!

I scheduled an estimate for Sunday but no one showed up. The central office tried to call the local team multiple times, all day, but couldn't reach them. I rescheduled the quote for the middle of the week and someone texted me the day of to say that they had no one in NY to do the estimate, but they could do it over the phone. I agreed, but never heard from them. I've messaged them a could of times since. They just don't bother to show up, you can't get a hold of them. Forget about it.

This company's employees are unprofessional. They were doing a move from an apartment building in queens. They were told to use the service elevator only. They proceeded to use both, and then the employee covered in tattoos comes out aggressive and belligerent. Saying he doesn't care, and it doesn't matter, and to call the supervisor.
This company is awful. They do not take the time to protect your belongings or out things properly back together. My furniture was broken beyond repair and I called over 12 times to mo avail. Not even the decency to return the call. Stay away from this mover.
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Absolutely horrible. Movers were supposed to be at my house between 9-11 AM, it’s currently 1:30 PM. We have called non-stop over the past few hours and are being completely ignored. No one is picking up the phone. …

Kayden and Enzo came, super professional, worked quick, were mindful of anything that might have accidentally been marked for removal. Finished the cleaning of an entire apartment in 1 hour flat for a reasonable price. The weight of having to pack/store all of that junk; being lifted off the shoulders was well worth their business. Would definitely work with them again.
I called on a Sunday afternoon and early Monday morning the crew was promptly at my house to deliver a quote. Ready to cart everything off right there and then. The movers were very nice, professional and friendly. Excellent customer service. Thank you!
