Couldn't reach anyone on the phone. Left vms with my number and email to find out when my deposit would be refunded. Never got it back. Not trustworthy. Didn't keep their word as I asked about refundable deposits and was assured it would be if I canceled. Be ware. Saw your response. Clearly I have attempted to contact you via phone for over a month and couldn't get a reply.

By far the worse experience I've ever had. The movers seemed like nice people but they damaged multiple of my belongings, didnt come well equipped for the job. They seemed like they have never did a move before in their life. The truck that they brought was for hauling junk not for moving peoples personal belongings. I would not recommend this company even as a last resort. TERRIBLE service 0/5.

They were on time, but there were issues. One guy almost knocked the cat carrier (with the cat) off the table, didn't apologize, and then denied it happened. They were somewhat rude and dismissive when men weren't around (come on, this is 2026). They also placed some boxes on their side.

I used College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving to clear out a backyard full of junk before moving into my new house, and the experience was very mixed. My original appointment was scheduled for April 20 between 4–6 PM. I was told I’d get a call with a more specific time, but no one reached out until 4:30 PM—just to say they couldn’t come and needed to reschedule. After I said I’d find someone else, they suddenly said they could still make it by 6:00 PM.

They guys were great at helping with the job we hired them for but the billing was atrocious. We hired them to help us unload our storage space and the place our items in our garage. They also hauled away our old, dead washer and dryer. They charged us a $99 deposit fee for the moving and another $99 deposit fee for hauling of the washer/dryer. We paid more for the moving and then they charged us an additional $89, on top of the $99, to haul away the washer and dryer.

Very easy to initially get a quote... I went through Facebook, and someone called me at 9:30p on a Sunday evening! They got me booked in for the time I wanted and made it easy to change dates if needed. The extra flexibility there was great peace of mind. The communication from the local team of movers was great. They showed up at the very beginning of the time window given. Miguel and Raul were prompt, courteous, professional, and made moving a breeze.

We were lucky to have Erick and Kevin help us today! They were professional, kind, patient, and moved so much furniture. Very efficient. They moved sofas, chairs, beds, bed frames, and did it with no damage to home or furniture. They let me zoom in to vacuum under beds. I even double checked the beds before they left. All were plugged in and placed properly. They were awesome. We have found our new go-to movers! Prices were completely reasonable too.

I called on a Sunday afternoon, desperately seeking immediate moving assistance due to a burglary that occurred in my NE heights albuquerque storage unit! My family suggested College Hunks due to seeing them around town. I had never heard of them and also called Two Men and a Truck. Well College Hunks answered on a Sunday afternoon and they were able to help me early Mondat morning!!! I can't say enough about Josh and Raul!
