I would NEVER have used them if I'd had known the lack of business ethics this company has!! During our furniture removal, glass panels that were left on our garage door, fell on our car. The taillight and back end were damaged...we get that accidents happen and the two haulers offered their help cleaning the glass up and we're apologetic...however when they called to rectify the damage with our car, the supervisor just told them to give them his and the owners number.....surprise, surprise our MULTITUDE of calls…

This company cannot even get their estimate process right or they just want to bully me into the job. Schedule an estimate, get a call for info about my removal appt. Tell them it's just an estimate and they tell me they didn't know. Get the estimate. Guys were great. Tell them I'm still getting estimates. Then voila! I get a text an hour later saying my service is scheduled for the same day and in an hour from the text.

I had a bad experience.They broke my wife's glass for her vanity and several of the light bulbs.And then refused to move the rest of it.Because I quote, they say they're not professional movers, even though they're charging professional mover price, and then they got our white couch dirty during the move. Mike, Devon and Russel were amazing. Due to recent storms and losing power, my basement flooded. My couch, multiple chairs, carpet, mattress, and so much more were are destroyed. These young men were not just kind and honest, they worked so hard and never complained! They removed everything I didn’t want from the basement. Price was so affordable compared to others. Once everything was done I felt a weight lift off my shoulders.
