I had to call someone back after leaving a message regarding concerns. I am giving this rating because they broke my 65 inch TV and put 2 dents in my very nice black matte mental garbage can. I will be filing a claim but this is very upsetting. They wrapped the tv themselves and also charged me for shipping the TV along with other items and this is what happened. You pay for good service and this is what came from it.

Received a quote for a move and ultimately decided to go in a different direction. Proceeded to receive multiple emails, phone calls, and texts giving me lower rates and “coupons” that seemed too good to be true. Got into a text exchange with Trevor explaining that I didn’t need their services. He told me I was using a broker (I wasn’t), that Lifetime was contracted with my move (they weren’t), and then said “see you on move day” (I didn’t). Felt like I was being harassed.

Lifetime movers were absolutely fantastic to work with. We had a cross-country move from Illinois to Arizona. We had them do full service. They showed up to the house two days before the move and packed everything in an incredibly secure and safe manner. They took impressively good care of many, many valuable and breakable art pieces. Any minor issues that we had were quickly remediated by Sergio. It was an absolute pleasure working with him.

I really enjoyed working with these movers, strong communication and really nice group of people to be around and work with. They also gave me a reasonable price - I would work with them again in the future and I expect to. If you're considering hiring them, I would suggest you call for a quote. They were also able to transport my vespa in addition to furniture and boxes.

We moved with two small kids, so we were worried about how crazy the day would be. The crew was patient, organized, and worked quickly. They packed our furniture extremely well using moving blankets and shrink wrap, and they made sure our TVs were carefully protected to prevent any damage. Sergio with his guys were professional, hardworking, and went above and beyond to do everything we requested, and even more. Thank you! Highly recommended!
