Too bad you can’t leave negative stars. The owners quoted us $800 and charged $2400 Most unprofessional company I have ever used. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Straight up thugs and crooks. Overcharging three times the quote and damaging furniture is a path to bankruptcy real soon for this company.

We had a terrible experience with them. They arrived five minutes prior to the window, knocked a couple of times, and then left. They didn't try to call me or leave a voicemail to see where we were. They then claimed they waited 10 minutes, but I have Ring camera footage that proves otherwise. My husband arrived right at the time of the pick up. When I called them to see where they were, they were extremely rude to me and claimed that they weren't able to come back, but decided to come back anyway.

We hired college hunks for our move last year. The day they were supposed to show up I called and they did not have me on the schedule eventhoughi received a confirmation phone call the day before. This obviously slowed down my move. The next day they finally showed up. What surprised me the most was that they showed up in a uhaul. I would think that a moving company would have their own trucks. The move took all day. Rather than using a dolly to move boxes the guys carried 1 box at a time.

Pros: Professional young men, on time, and the price came under original quote. Cons: After they left we noticed quite a bit of minor damage to our furniture. I think from the packing/straps they used. Most of it was inexpensive furniture but I did have a brand new set of dining chairs ($1800) that had the paint rubbed off that I was disappointed to see. We had some furniture left dirty from their truck.

While impressed with their efforts, very disappointed in their accountability and follow-up. My 3yr old Smart tv was broken during the move. I had to reach out 3 times to get anyone to reply, and have been told that the max I will get on the claim is $50, much much less than what the tv was worth and what I had to pay to replace it. I’ve also discovered that they damaged my chest freezer but I anticipate that won’t get any better offer…but it does still work.

I did a removal service with college hunks and they said they would "donate items to Potter house, churches, anywhere you like. But not even a day latter I had multiple people messaging me saying that my "donation" items were on sale out of the College Hunks warehouse. And sure enough IT WAS ON SALE!! Do NOT use this company. It's unethical and unprofessional to sell items for profit, especially after explicitly saying they will be donated.
I am very sorry that this occurred. We had a miscommunication between one of our Hunks and our Warehouse Manager and your item ended up with some items that had been acquired with the specific purpose of reselling them.
At first I thought this was going to be a very professional organization until they failed to show up on the day we were scheduled to move our shop. Had communicated twice with them regarding the move. Gave us an estimate and set the move date and time. Move day came and they were a no show. Do not trust this organization to move your items. Very disappointed in them.

I would not recommend, they man handle furniture, don’t work as a team, and they broke my daughter’s dresser. It was particleboard which they don’t cover, but instead of having 2 movers lift the dresser, they only used one, tipping it up on the front legs and they both broke.

I can’t say enough about this moving company. They arrived early and wasted no time. Moving my late Garandmother’s things from her home was very hard but Korliss and Mason made it the best they could. They disassembled and reassembled, packaged along with Jeanette and Carissa, loaded and then unloaded with GREAT care. These guys were fast but careful paying extra attention and wrapping all the precious breakables. The team was very organized and professional.

We used College Hunks for hauling junk and they did a great job. But we had another company – “Get It Done Moving” scheduled for our move. Unfortunately, when “Get It Done Moving” finally showed up (almost 2 hours late), they were a group of unprofessional thungs that did not want to work or do our move as we had scheduled. They phoned continuous lies back to their office manager for almost 2 hours standing in our front yard smoking cigarettes and complaning about how they didn't want to do the job.
