So I was quoted for a move from point a to b and unloading of a pod. I was quoted 7 hours for this job and the price was higher than I normally seem to pay but fair enough. The 2 young men came they were professional, respectful and hard working. That being said the job went from a 7 hour quote to a 10 hour job. All that 10 hours got us was most of it items delivered. My wife was there with them and they said they needed to break things down.

I genuinely cannot recommend College Hunks after my experience — both with the furniture assembly itself and, somehow even worse, the customer service afterward. I hired them to assemble bunk beds. After 3.5 HOURS, the beds still were not finished. I later discovered that parts of the beds were assembled backwards, which means I now cannot even properly stabilize the bunk beds without having their work corrected. Unfortunately, trying to get help afterward has been just as frustrating.

Beware of this company!! The owner is a jerk if things don’t go well. I hired this company to move my entire house. I am a very organized person. I had everything laid out organized in boxes no junk laying around…. I even rented a third storage unit to make it easier on them. We have a Sleep Number bed which is not cheap. It was about $17,000.. I asked the owner Jeff when he came to give me an estimate if he had ever taken one of these down, he said oh yes, we moved them all the time.

Update - As you can see - the owner of this company is blaming me for not being prepared, after billing me 11,000 dollars, when I hired him for his professional expertise. You can see that instead of being a professional, he takes to the internet to blame me for hiring him. I don’t currently have the words to explain how much of a nightmare this move was, but when i get a desk, to replace the one that was broken in the move, and i can sit down and type it out, i will detail it.

Never calls back- Apparently these hunks, lol don't want to do real heavy lifting! If you don't want the job, at least be professional enough to return calls/messages and tell would be patrons you don't want the job. After reading other people's comments and experiences, it probably wouldn't matter.....
