I spoke to Connor who said he was the owner. He asked me to send him a text with information and he would call me the next day. I waited three days and sent him another text asking him to call me. Still no reply after another week. I saw where he was having bed bug issues with one client so I’m thankful he didn’t give me those too!
Ms. Wood, We do apologize that you didn’t hear back from our team in a timely matter. Sometimes things fall through the cracks so we would be happy to remedy whatever problem occurred during our one phone call that warranted your 1-star review.

I would HIGHLY recommend this team to anyone needing any moving services. I have dealt with some major moving companies and NONE of them can compare to this team. The office manager came with the crew to make sure everything went smoothly and stayed for a while and labeled boxes. From the moment they arrived, the guys quickly began working and worked fast all day as a team. Very professional and polite and they made sure they did what we wanted. Furniture was wrapped and handled very carefully.
This is an outstanding company! Working with Mika on the quote was fantastic… crew arrived on time and got right to work! It was a big move and the crew of 6 (Casey in the lead) were all extremely polite, professional, hard working, courteous and respectful. Moving is not fun but these gentleman made it a GREAT experience from start to finish. Thank you Casey, Jordan, John, Elisha, Brandon and David. 5 star service for sure!!

We needed a reliable and reputable company that could guarantee the care and safety of moving a large glass topped dining table and chairs and huge china hutch from Pikeville, Kentucky to Johnson City. We were very pleased with the process of booking the move and the handling of the furniture. Highly recommend Trent Moving! Easy to book a move and responsive to any request.
The young men who came to do the actual move were polite and professional. They handled our belongings with care and wrapped our furniture pieces as if they were precious. The only downside was the estimate was off by $400.00 which came as a shock since the contents were viewed in advance, and they knew exactly what we had, (actually we had less since we took more belongings in our car ahead of time).
