There are a lot of storage facilities to choose from in this area. I would encourage anyone looking to store their items to not go here. I chose Princeton storage due to close proximity, but that was a mistake. This place raises rates considerably without notice and without mention of it in your contract. When you ask to see your contract they completely ignore you. The routinely don’t run your auto payment so they can charge you late fees.

DO NOT USE THEM FOR MOVING. Storage may be better than their moving services. Extremely Unprofessional. We had reserved a Penske truck for a cross country move with them. On the day of the move the owner emails us and claims that we did not confirm our reservation when we called the day prior saying we were coming to pick it up. They closed shop early and did not give us any prior warning before the day of. Royally screwing us. Thank you. Don’t do business with them.

DON'T ALLOW THEM TO TALK YOU INTO AUTO PAY!!!!! Overcharged my card for a unit that we vacated(we had 2 units but only needed the 1 for a few weeks). When we called, they said it was their mistake and they would credit our account. The next month comes, they charged my card for the full amount NO CREDIT GIVEN! HORRIBLE!!!! I believe it's under new ownership. I got units there 4 years ago, it was great, no problems at all, now it sucks! These people caused so much havoc in my life last month it's incredible! The list of issues is lengthy so I'll just tell you, if you need storage, go somewhere else!!!! Dani, I'm sorry that you had spiders in your unit. We do have a pest control company and spray on our own as well. Unfortunately being an outdoor storage unit it is difficult to manage spiders.
I have been waiting for over 24 hours after I rent a unit and they have not removed their lock yet and no one at the office can tell me when they will remove it I have asked 4 times already

I am a new Princeton Self Storage customer. The sign up experience was smooth and efficient and I was able to select the unit that fit my access needs at a great price-point for me. Tommy the manager is highly professional and demonstrated superior customer service skills. The units and grounds are very clean and well organized. Tommy was attending to the decorative flower beds when I drove up - nice touch. I selected PSS after an unpleasant experienced at another storage facility near by.
Tommy was extremely helpful in getting us in the right space. He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I would highly recommend them for your storage needs.
