They were supposed to send a truck and 4 men at 9am. I called at 9:20 and was told because we had moved from Monday to Tuesday (due to weather) I became an afternoon move. They would be there at 1. No problem. About 12:30 he called to say might be 2-3. At 2 they called to say they would call me on their way but they ran into an issue and it would be 430. They arrived at 530. He had told me because they were sending 4 people it should just only take a couple hours.
They thanked a fellow veteran friend of mine for his service, then talked trash about his very real PTSD, within earshot of me. They did the absolute bare minimum, and added more trauma to a man's life that was Army Infantry, and literally fought on the front lines, for their freedom. Not impressed, and even more disappointed. I won't ever be using them, and encourage my military family to support our brother, who was the paying client.

Our top priority is to please every customer we service. However, we are also obligated to look out for the safety of our movers and sanitation of equipment used when providing service across many different customers.
Absolutely the worst! Ruined a family heirloom antique!! The owner asked if I could could you prove that it wasn't already damaged. Are you kidding me?! Now he won't return my calls and would not provide his insurance.

Reached out for help with moving in July and got an almost immediate response telling me they would get me a quote… never bothered to respond again. Wouldn’t recommend if you need good communication.

We had an amazing experience with Caleb and his crew! They showed up right on time, were extremely friendly and helpful, and made the entire moving process so much easier. They worked efficiently while still being very thorough and careful with everything. You can tell Caleb really cares about doing a great job and making sure his customers are taken care of. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience and would highly recommend Caleb and his team to anyone needing movers!
Mountain Empire Movers did a great job for us, as we needed to clear our house prior to renovation work. Caleb & team moved all our furniture carefully and efficiently. And all the fellas were really nice and professional. Also Ashley was very helpful in scheduling and communication. We highly recommend Mountain Empire Movers!
I would definitely give Caleb and his crew a 10 out of 10! They were professional and handled every piece with care. Best experience with movers I have ever had. Fantastic service at a fair price!
I just used Mountain Empire Movers for the 3rd time in 6 years and they did not disappoint! I spoke with Caleb about a month out and booked my move. The crew arrived sharply at 9AM and were a pleasure to work with. Mike, Josh, and Mike were very careful and polite and handled my items as if they were their own. They were efficient in their time and were overall a good group of guys. Highly recommend them and will definitely use again in the future when the time comes!
