College Movers broke my side table and then sent ME to collections. College Movers broke the glass top of our original Knoll Platner side table. These tables retail for $1,000 so we were very upset. It happened when one of the movers carelessly bumped the cart into a wall, causing the glass piece (which was wrapped for protection) to fall from the cart onto the floor. When I asked College Movers about its insurance, the response I received was, in essence "Too bad, so sad.
They are great lifters. They not only lifted all my furniture they lifted six valuable priceless irreplaceable rings worth $18,000. I posted this yesterday. Today one of the movers called to say he pawned them after the other worker stole …
We have resolved this. The worker lied, stole them himself, pawned them, and luckily we were able to recover all pieces yesterday. Worker has been fired and reported. Glad we got the jewelry back and as always hope another mover never gets this evil desire to do this.

I had a really frustrating experience with this moving company. I was told upfront that they had extra time, but somehow the move still took way longer than expected. It got to the point where I had to step in and help unload about half of the U-Haul myself, which is not what I paid for. To make things worse, one of the movers disappeared for over 30 minutes. When I finally went up to check, he was literally sitting on my TV stand waiting instead of working. Completely unprofessional.
Hi! This is not what we want to hear happen with our movers and apologize how it went down! We would have definitely discounted down to 2 hours with that experience. We do not have a recent booking under your name, Alexis.
I was optimistic that I would be hiring 2 upbeat college kids for 3 hours. I don't believe the workers were in college based on our conversations as I worked alongside them. They had a large job before my afternoon gig and they had a job right after. No wonder they were running low on gas, one took a 15 minute break, and they wanted to leave early to travel to their next job. College Movers doesn't track worker time on the job so beware.
I might hire these guys to do some mindless, meaningless task, but they are NOT professional movers. They have no idea how to pack a moving truck. Had to hire a second company to come unpack and repack my truck. They were even more appalled than I was at the job these guys did. Don’t waste your money. Just start with an actual professional moving company.

Great experience twice now. I am moving out of state and needed a complete pack and move from my home. This was difficult as it was a third floor unit with a lot of trips up and down stairs. These guys were friendly, fast, and worked very hard to get the job done in the time frame I needed. Couldn't be more pleased.
Best ever, seriously! I'd call for help again, for moving and whatever other things I cant for alone. Recommend 1000×. Nicest guys, on time, fast and worth every penny, its a great deal. They worked in 100 degree weather, and I appreciated how nice they all were.
Connor and Curtis were great! Very responsive and respectful of my things and our destination. I moved from a two bed apartment into an equivalent space in a home. Estimated 3 hours, got it all done in 3 1/2.
Our two movers were Willam Lohner and Augustine Cervantes and they were fantastic, above and beyond. Very very accommodating. And College Movers were right on top of it as well. They never stopped and it was in the heat of the day. I can’t say enough positive about the move effort. I would definitely call on them again. Thanks so much.
