From the outside the business may seem nice but deep down they are crooks. I was unfairly charged $200 dollars for a "light" scratch on a van I rented from this company. There was no inspection done prior, nor proof. We used the vehicle for about half an hour and traveled about 3 miles away from the business and drove responsibly. This was my first and last time I will do any business with this company. There was not explanation regarding the the so called "damage" I was accused of.
Went in to pay for a space I reserved but wanted to look at it first as it was labeled a premium unit. Ray was incredibly rude, and acted put-out because he had to take me to show it to me. Complained about locking the door and then was condescending. I walked out and am taking my business to a competitor. No thank you.

They will increase your rent every 6 to 8 months. These people do not care about you or respect you. Please, do not give them your money. This place, along with its sister companies like Lacey Self Storage, exist only to rip you off. Within months of moving in, you will receive notice that your rent is increasing by 20-30%. They will do this every 6-8 months. Sort the reviews by lowest and see for yourself. Below is an email I sent to them when they tried to increase my rent for no reason last year.
They get you to move in with a a low price, but consistently raise the rent. Mine doubled in 12 months and become some of the most expensive rent in the area. Contract is heavily tilted against the customer. They only give you 30 days notice when they’re raising the rent, but require 30 days notice to move out, basically meaning that unless you make a decision within 24 hours you are stuck paying higher rent for at least a month.
Units are nice but the increases are crazy! Unit started at 150 per mo. Within the first year went up to 195 per month and 7 mo later it went up to 259. Will be moving out of this one this month as I have found many nice units that lock your price in for specific periods of time.

I have never rented or used a storage unit, and I couldn't imagine a more perfect experience from start to finish. I began the application process online and had some questions so decided to finish the process in person. Michael was outstanding and, in virtually no time at all, the paperwork was complete and I was able to visit my unit and see how the whole process worked in terms of access. The property is well designed, meticulous and the only access is through a security gate (or the office).
