Hello my name is Mandalynn. I don’t leave these reviews often but my father has been treated incredibly rude by this company. Actually never heard of such behavior towards a veteran. We came in to visit the facility and my dad was given a map to visit so we could see what unit we would use. I am in need of a unit while I go into the Airforce. Then when my father called in to verify the unit we wanted he was basically called a criminal and a liar. He did get a map from the lady behind the counter. He has the map.

I recently made an online reservation with this storage company, but my experience upon arrival was very disappointing. When I got to the facility, the front desk representative informed me that she had tried to call me, but claimed my number was unreachable. She told me that when she tried calling me from the office, my number didn't work, and for that reason, they couldn't provide me with their service. This doesn't make any sense since it must be a problem on their end, not mine.

Well this is a first. I left a negative review and that’s when I was discriminated against. Me and my family came in to rent a unit and were given from the front desk lady a map to tour the facility and to show us where exactly our unit would be. Hello. This is the veteran organization Twenty22Many. One of our members was recently discriminated against, was told he was a liar and wrongfully accused of stealing a facility map. The veteran in question was “GIVEN” a map by staff and later accused of lying about the map. He as anyone would do left a negative review. Only after leaving this review was he and his family turned away and told they were a security risk. A security risk for their staff giving him a map.

Message to management - I've never been to a storage place that didn't have a dumpster on site. You don't even have a trashcan in the building. Not even at the front desk! Also your unit doors don't stay open... for such a highly priced brand new facility you could at least remedy these two issues.

Angie and Claire are absolutely AMAZING! I've only been storing here for a few months, but everytime I call or stop in the office they are so kind and patient and helpful. The rates are more than fair for being indoor units in a heated building, the corridors and units are very clean, there are carts by the doors to make loading and unloading easier, and the gate & buildings are secured with code input required to access. Grade A facility!!

I was in a world breaking stage I needed a storage unit in an asap window. 5 minutes from my now pass rental. They welcome me with caring and nice . They had 1 open, work with me paying. Prorated June and July I was able to get the the 75% special for July. If I could give these ladies more than 5 Star ⭐✨ I would it would be over a million. Location : Lacey, WA.

I store our RV trailer here and currently have two storage units. I absolutely love doing business with them. The facilities are very clean, well organized, easy to get in and out of, and they have great security. The staff is helpful and kind. I highly recommend this place. *no hidden fees

Large, clean facility, storage room nbrs should be posted over each door as many doors and lockers; surprised no separate light or switch in locker nor an electrical outlet available in locker or nearby; no moving cart in my building so borrowed from another building.
