Worst moving company ever. Me and my roommate used this moving company for an emergency moving in which they packed our stuff stored and then brought them to us. First of all, a lot of our stuff was missing and when we claimed them they told us that they have gave us back all of our stuff which was a lie. We were missing an iron board, an iron, mirrors, coat hangers, hair strengthener, among other stuff. Second, they broke our tv thankfully they made themselves responsible for this.

I can’t express how awesome this company is! I have used them for 6 years for both of my sons at PC. They are always responsive, professional and on time! 10/10!
My son, a Brown student, has used College Storage twice. They are wonderful. They are very organized and everything is returned in perfect condition. I especially valued College Storage when my son was required to quickly pack up last March at the beginning of the pandemic. I couldn't help my son move at the time given we live in the Midwest and he had to leave in a matter of days.
My daughter lives on College Hill and signed up for this service at the end of her freshman year. I helped her pack her items (numerous boxes). It was a gamble as we had not heard much of this company and it was literally everything she owned for school except what was in her carry-on suitcase. We returned in September (from dorm to sorority house - 2nd floor walk up) and found everything intact and well cared for.
I’ve worked with this company for four years now, from the very beginning the pandemic when I was kicked off campus and needed a place to store everything I owned all the way down to the day I graduated college and needed help moving into my first apartment. They do it all. Their teams are professional, quick, and always provide a good laugh. If I ever have a question or want to follow up about anything, I get an immediate answer to my call or email, and even get texts from their team to make sure I’m content.
