Worst moving company I have ever felt with dispatch sent wrong size truck and not another truck to fit our household when we let them know the size of our house. Employees talking about other crews and company employees badly. Lack of care for our belongings, when we unpacked the amount of damage and lose of our belongings in every room was disgusting (still with out a coffee table) sent pictures of the damaged items talked to a representative and nothing ever came from it.
The BIGGEST issue with that for us was the call was after the scheduled arrival time and we had already checked out of the hotel and at the house waiting. SO my husband spoke to him and stated we needed our stuff tonight on the day they were supposed to be coming. Mind you we have a 2 year old and an 8 year old and we were expecting our stuff especially the beds. So because of their mix up they arrived at our new home with our stuff at 12 am and didn't get done till 4 am.
I would highly recommend you do not use Come and Take it Moving! We hired this company for our intrastate move from NM to TX. The company rushed through the move causing damage to various belongings either in transit or while in their own storage. They sell you on that the same crews that pack up your belongings are the same that deliver your belongings, that simply was a lie for our move. The crew that delivered was not the crew that packed up our belongings.
