In their own words
The actual physical moving experience was excellent. The financial cost estimating process was unprofessional and widely understated. The final bill was approximately 70% higher than estimated with less furniture being moved. Resolution communications were untimely and not satisfactory. They finally credited my bill by $570 which resulted in an approximate 50% miss to estimate. When pressed, they admitted leaving the furniture moves from bsmt to first floor off of their estimate because of time rush.
We’re thrilled to hear that your move went smoothly, Kenneth! We understand you feel that your estimate didn't fully reflect the final cost, and we sincerely apologize for any confusion. Each move and customer is unique, and adjustments often occur based on changes in plans.
These movers were careless and caused over $1100 in damage to my daughter's apartment floor. The response to these photos was "Conrad Brothers accepts no responsibility". I do not recommend them.
Greg-unfortunately you are blaming us for damage that was caused by someone else. We take pride in taking care of your property and the property of others. Had the pictures you sent to us indicated "fresh" damage we would have stepped up and made things right.

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Our team of movers, Cody, Brandon, and Lucas, arrived on time, professionally dressed and ready to work. After a quick walkthrough they sized up the job and got started. They packed every item carefully and appropriately, whether bubble wrap or packing pads, they knew what to do. They were congenial and supportive of one another. Unloading was amazing! The heat index was 103, but they stayed hydrated and didn’t stop until the job was done. They earned our respect and we will recommend them to anyone who asks.
Wow! What great accolades for our crew! We strive to make every experience easy on you because moving is one of the most stressful events of your life. Thank you for recognizing their efforts during this crazy time. We hope you enjoy your new home!
Conrad Brothers Moving have been a godsend during a very difficult time in our lives. My sister and I were cleaning out our father‘s house after his passing. We worked for a year before we hired Conrad Brothers Moving to assist us in sorting, disposing of and storing items from his home. Paul Conrad was incredibly responsive to our needs and got us teams out every time we called. We worked with Conrad Brothers for roughly 6 weeks and they did an incredible job.
Thank you for such an heartwarming review. We love our customers and we really do try and treat each and everyone of them like our own mothers, sisters, aunts, fathers, brothers, uncles.....it truly makes each job so much easier and not like work.
I called Conrad Brothers Moving just to get a General Idea of Pricing, and basically to see if it was even practical to hire Movers?? We had a 1BR Apartment Full of our belongings, and I physically could not move my Furniture, or Belongings with my Lung Condition. They were sending a Gentleman the Next Day, and He Quoted Me a Fair Price. Bailey Conrad stuck by his word, and His Crew did an excellent job!
Thank you so much Greg , we are so glad we could help!
I am so pleased with Conrad Brothers Moving and Storage! I needed to move a piano from New Salisbury to Leavenworth and Google popped up Conrad’s first. They had a 5 star rating, which is the first thing I look at, then I read reviews, and I knew even before calling they were the right company to help me. Jess was my point of contact on the phone and she was so very personable and friendly. After a couple of questions she quickly gave me a price to move the piano, which I thought was very reasonable.
Thanks Patty! What a wonderful review. We really do strive to treat you and your items like our own. Thank you for such a wonderful and detailed review. We really appreciate you taking the time out of your day to give our guys and company such a great shout out.
