I got a very good hourly rate quote. Their process is very organized and well communicated. After reservation is made, you will get an email/text to confirm the move 2 days before. On the actual day, you will receive a text when they drive the truck out of their warehouse and then updates 30min before reaching your place or if they have traffic. On arrival they do a quick walk through and then start work, taking care of wrapping your furnitures.
That’s a great breakdown of how the whole process should go. Staying on top of timing and keeping things clear along the way makes a big difference, so I’m glad that worked well for you. I’ll pass this along to Dauren, Azamat, and Daulet — they’ll appreciate it.
I recently used Continental Moving Company and had a great experience. Tom and his team were professional, efficient, and arrived right on time at 8:00 AM for my scheduled 8–9 AM window. There was no waiting around they got straight to work and completed my move in under an hour, including moving everything up to the 20th floor of my building. Their pricing was upfront, reasonable, and exactly as quoted with no hidden fees or surprise charges. The entire process was smooth and stress-free.

Oscar and Pedro were the best movers! I moved from Boston to Worcester, and they were punctual, respectful, and efficient. Could not have asked for a better team. I had some furniture that needed to be taken apart, which they did, and then reassembled when it was moved. This is the second time I’ve used AOA/Continental Moving Co. and I recommend it to everyone I know who is moving. Worth every single penny for an incredible team, and a stress free moving day!
