In their own words
I used this company a while back and had them put my stuff in storage. I had a five bedroom house and granted a lot of stuff. As the day went on the lead mover became more and more irate and was mean / unprofessional to the newer team member. He even yelled at him after he complained about something heavy landing on his foot. I really felt bad for the new guy. Then he complained about the truck ramp being slippery and causing delays, and called management and very loudly voiced his displeasure.
We scheduled a pick up on a Monday and a redeliver on Thursday. They lied and told us that the the Thursday unpacking date wasn’t scheduled. After a third party got it straightened out, they brought most of our belongings, it was several things missing. Someone picked through our stuff and had a field day. They have thieves working for them. I will never use them again.
They were great with moving things from our home if only I could say the same for their resolution skills. Items totaling over $1,000 in value were lost or stolen in the process and they’ve yet to resolve this.
We called n a very nice gentleman came out to do estimate. We needed upstairs furniture moved downstairs n replaced and he quoted a whopping $9,000. Then to move downstairs furniture to the garage , that quote was $14,000. Needless to say we didn’t use them . Be sure to get several quotes bc other quotes were far far far less. In fact my son moved his whole apartment from memphis to Houston for less than $9,000.
Do NOT use Cooper! They damaged a $3k refrigerator beyond repair, the workers denied it, I cancelled payment, owner threatened to sue me, harassing me via text messages and owner refused to come visually assess the damages. I haven't heard from them since my lawyer wrote a letter addressing their responsibility outlined within their own contract I signed.

Moved end of September 2020 Best movers ever and we have moved 8 out of state moves before this one. David, Alec and Luis were professional, respectful, polite, fast and carefully handled our goods. The office staff were responsive and always helpful and kept us informed of any info we needed to know. The team came on time, worked hard to complete the job in record time and delivered our goods on time in great condition. We could not have asked for a better move. Highly recommend this mover.

I've used this company 3 times and every time was a great experience. I will say that this most recent move was not what I expected. Two young guys (brothers actually) named Rodney and Rodrick moved my family from our apt to our new townhouse. They arrived on-time and were by far the FASTEST movers I've ever seen. They were nice, well-mannered and very professional. I have a huge 7- piece bedroom set (very heavy). These young men had the entire bedroom broken down and loaded on the truck within 11 minutes!
We cannot recommend Cooper & Cooper moving highly enough! Courteous, efficient, service focused. Truly went above and beyond all of our expectations. We hired C&C a few weeks ago when we downsized from a 3000 sq ft home to a 1300 sq ft apt - an extremely stressful move to begin with. Everyone we interacted with @ C&C was extremely kind and patient, regardless of position. Jay, the owner of the company, came to give us a quote.
