Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Communication was horrid! 1. Did not call the day before to inform me of my 'window' for the next day; I had to call them before they closed for the day. 2. Window was between 1 and 5 with a 30 minute call prior to arriving. At 4:40 had not heard from anyone...I had to call the office to find out where my delivery was, again before they closed for the day. 3. Driver calls me back at 5 stating he was 'an hour out' and on the way. 4. At 6:30, still no delivery!
I am sorry that we failed to meet your expectations. There are times when circumstances beyond our control cause deliveries to be delayed, however we should have communicated with you more promptly and more often.
Purchased mattress from Sams who used Cord for delivery. My window was from 3p-7p, I got a call around 630p stating they would be there in 45mins. Delivery was fine but my main concern was the haul off of my old set, which they stated they could not do. I paid for white glove delivery with haul off of old set. One guy said the truck was full and they couldn’t take it, the other stated if there was damage or stains they couldn’t take.
The men doing the actual delivery where very professional and polite . Mrs Barbara from the office and also the man on the phone I talked to,not sure what his name was .but both him and Barbara where both rude and very unprofessional.i had asked a secretary or someone to talk with Barbara, and she said she was out to lunch.so I said I would try back in a bit.
Sorry your experience on the phone at least was less than superior. Even though our delivery service exceeded your expectations, we obviously fell short in other areas for which we as a corporation apologize for that perception and appreciate your comments.
They do not communicate well with the customer without prompting. Very late 1.5 hours after stating they would arrive just after 4 p.m. on a 2nd attempt to deliver something ordered a month ago. I had to stay home all day because they didn't indicate a morning or afternoon delivery. They need GPS onboard or get shipping/delivery instructions from the shipper or call the customer and stay longer than 15-20 minutes after calling when 10 minutes away.
Mr. Stennis, I am sorry you are disappointed with the delivery. We do try to provide an accurate delivery time. On the first attempted delivery, we did use GPS to attempt to find your home, however it did not locate the new subdivision.
Terrible customer service And they do not follow deliver instructions. I would not recommend this company and they do not provide on their website a way to file a written complaint. The contact team is extremely unprofessional, employees do not follow deliver instructions and when there is a problems the leadership team blames the consumer instead of taking owenership and do their best work to provide a good solution to the customer.
Lack of diversity in the office. Doesnt care about employees saftly. Cody left me in milington with no ride home todatoday actually. Wouldn't recommend them to move a pillow
Mr. Thornton you were an employee for one day. When you left our office to perform a move on the military base we asked if you had your license and SSN with you to be allowed on base. Apparently your ID did not satisfy the military police at the gate, so they denied you entry onto the base.

Barbara was great at coordinating the move. The two delivery guys were perfectly on time; and the were no nonsense, quick, and friendly. The item I had delivered was a super heavy and fragile glass cooktop. Those things are known to crack during shipping. But the one Cord Moving delivered was in perfect condition. Even the outside shipping box was in mint condition. All told, these folks were great!

They came in and delivered my furniture and they had pre-assembled my pieces. They were very nice and professional. They brought the furniture in while it was still covered, which I appreciated very much. One of my pieces was uneven and they recommended to me that I contact the company that I purchased my furniture from. As they said, I should get my money's worth. I would, without hesitation, use them again.
Cord moving and storage delivered a mattress I ordered from Sam’s Club. The gentleman where very nice and professional. They called before they arrived and told me how long it would be before they arrived at my residence. They unpackaged my mattress and set it on my bed frame. They gave me a choice after signing my paperwork to make a copy or take pictures for my receipt. Again, very professional.
