BEWARE OF OVERCHARGING!! (Fresno CA) We were quoted $450.00 for two people for four hours including the gas and 15 minute drive time to the new house. After the move they wanted to charge me almost $600. They showed up in the largest semi I have ever seen for a 950 sq ft 2 bedroom house. They did not even ask if that size truck could be parked close to the house. They had to park quite a distance away which added to the move time.
Courtesy? My experience with the movers blocking my front door and EXTREMELY RUDE movers is FAR FROM 'COURTEOUS'. On Saturday these guys park a mid-sized moving truck outside my front door to move my neighbor to his new house, (we live in an apartment) which I had no problem with because I respect my neighbor enough to understand what needed to happen. I did not say anything to them or my neighbor about the blocking of the area.
This company assisted me in making a move from Central CA to Liverpool, NY. On the local level, I have never had such a horrible experience. This company is a local Wheaton representative. From the owner down, the unprofessionalism is like I’ve never experienced. I paid over $25,000.00 to have Wheaton move me. When I got to NY and went to my storage unit, I not only discovered my expensive Scandinavian furniture had been pushed up against the back of the second drive through door so tightly the door is jammed and…
Movers did a terrible job and packed poorly. I was told I had the best crew in the company and that is sad if true. The biggest issues are the following below. I expected to be compensated fairly as I would expect to have expensive things in as good of condition as it was prior to move. The GM Anthony never asked me what items they should be more careful with, however they were careful with nothing and I have proof of how bad this job was done in many photos, more than what I have attached.
I have had successful experiences with this company through the past years. My recent experience however, has been a nightmare! Two, possibly more, boxes were not delivered and were never found. After months of negotiations, a successful resolution of my claim was not reached. I have the following recommendations: 1) make sure every item taken from your home is FULLY described on the inventory sheet; 2) make sure every item delivered to your destination is FULLY described on the inventory sheet and that both…
Would be VERY nice if one of there drives didn't ran me off the road and then brake check me. Why? I have no idea whatsoever. I was just in my lane and randomly there driver yanked the wheel into my lane forcing me to go into the far left lane. Luckily the young girl saw everything that happened and gave me space so there wouldn't be a accident. But to drive like that you SHOULD NOT have a CDL.
I was hoping to build trust and business with them for future use. However, after everything I most likely won't use them again.

We used Courtesy Moving & Storage for our move from California to Texas and couldn't have been more pleased with them. From coming out to do the initial quote to finally moving into our home out of state, everything went well and as planned. They even used a smaller truck to bring furniture from another location to our house to load with our big move. They were on time, courteous and handled our belongings with great care. They always answered their phones and kept us in the loop the whole trip.
Carlos and Nate went above and beyond. They were fast, professional and courteous. Wrapped my furniture and were careful with my things. Can't say enough good things about them. Thank you so much!
This is THE moving company you want! This was my first experience using a professional moving company. We relocated from Fresno to Orange County and ran into numerous delays along the way. Courtesy Moving was flexible and responsive and professional throughout the entire process. Even storing our belongings for much longer than anticipated and keeping tabs on where we were at in our process. When our move-in day finally arrived, Courtesy Moving was amazing.
We recently made a big move, as we down-sized, and then renovated the house where we were moving to, which made the whole process doubly stressful. The professionals at Courtesy Moving made this time so much better for us, as they were patient when we had to change the date due to a hold up in our renovation, and super kind as I struggled with where to put everything, since our new home is so much smaller. This is not even mentioning the meticulous care with which they handled our antiques and baby grand piano!
