Called them to schedule an in home estimate. A guy named Jeff was supposed to come out and do an estimate on a Tuesday at 9:30. I waited until 9:45 and called as no one showed up. They told me that he was on his way to me but was running late due to traffic. I got a call from the estimator 10-15 mins later saying he hit a pot hole I guess and needed to check his vehicle. I offered to reschedule and I totally understand stuff like that so we rescheduled for 9:30 am the next day.
Mrs. Rangel, we appreciate your feedback. I called and left you voice mail after reading this to see if there is anything that we can do to make this right. You are correct, this was completely unprofessional. I spoke with Jeff and he holds … More

Moving was easy thanks to Craddock Moving!! A sales person arrived at our house to give a free estimate. The movers showed up on time to wrap and load our items. Unloading was just as easy! The movers were polite and efficient! They even put protective runners over my floors! There was always efficient communication via text with HQ, I never felt in the dark or concerned something wouldn’t get done. A wonderful experience with Craddock!
Chaun, Jerry, and Ryan move my fiancé and me this weekend and they were absolutely amazing! The showed up early, looked and acted extremely professional. They also were very careful moving antiques but also man handled my gun safe like it was an empty box. I asked for help moving some extra items and they did it without hesitation. Karen was the one that talked me through the booking and moving process and was a dream to work with! I would 100% use them again and highly recommend them!
Thanks for the positive feedback Daniel! Your business is much appreciated!
Our recent office move with Craddock was smooth and seamless. Working with Deborah from the beginning was wonderful. She is so knowledgeable and makes suggestions based on her years of experience. On moving day, Shaun, Alan, Jerry, Jack, and Jermaine were kind, helpful, fast, and efficient. Two of them even went out of their way to go to the dumpsters to help me look for some items that were inadvertently thrown out by the janitorial staff.
Thanks Emily! We appreciate you taking the time to give us a review, and we certainly appreciate the business!
Craddock Moving and Storage moved a small office for me twice and they were great. Used them recently for a home move and they were just as good. I recognized a couple of the guys from the office moves. One had been with the company for 20 years and another 18. They were super professional and all our belongings were treated with the highest respect. Packaging was superb and nothing was scratched, dented or broken.
Thanks for the review Paul! It is greatly appreciated!
