Please, please, please, DO NOT use this company. I used them in January and they did a sorry job. First, they left a bed and their own tools, and a closet unpacked. So, I had to call them back when we all should have been on our way to my new location. BUT WORSE THAN THAT ONE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES STOLE A BRAND NEW LOUIS VITTON BAG. The bag was still in the box. The owner did work with me to get it back but it had been used. But I was happy to get it back.
I had my 2 bedroom moved from forth worth to Keller. A $2700 tv stand was broken. They offered to fix it or take two hours off. The moved took 8 hours which is crazy. $210 for three Man. At times it would only be one person working. I do understand needing to take a break. However, I should not be charged when someone is resting. If I knew I would have damaged items and extended moving times I would have went to all my sons. Total move cost was $1290 and that is with the three hours taken off.

Worst experience I ever had with movers and I’ve moved 20 times the past 30 years. They left behind all kinds of items in my last apartment, and worst of all one of the movers stole a piece of artwork I did as a fine arts major in college. One of the movers had commented how much he liked it and guess what, it ended up missing and I only moved 6 miles away. I had that piece since 1983 and it has been moved dozens of times and never went missing.

This photo is not really correct you need to be here to see it there is a Winnie $250 air purifier that’s in the bottom underneath part of a very heavy rocking chair that’s handmade and goes on the porch along with a vacuum cleaner a water hose a few rugs and that’s the wrapping that I got there is no rhyme or reason to the boxing etc. etc. bedroom etc. I am so disappointed and so furious i would not have anyone go through this experience my washing machine and dryer are not hooked up.

I recently used this moving company and they made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and friendly. Evolution took great care of our move from Texas to New Mexico. My 3 bedroom house required a 26' truck. A team of 3 came and cooper, Jared and Marshall were professional, respectful, careful and worked hard. From the initial estimate with Alexander to the end, they made a very stressful situation less stressful. They are not necessarily the cheapest, but it's worth a little extra to know you are in good hands!
