I used this company for a second time with trust. Not sure if management has changed, as I spoke to a different owner. During the move, they damaged my dining table and wall. They initially said they would return to fix it but kept rescheduling. When I followed up, the owner asked for photos and said someone would come on Sunday or Monday. After I sent the pictures, I never heard back. In the end, I had to handle the repairs myself. If they had been upfront, this could have been avoided.
Worst company I have ever interacted with. Tried to contact them about concerns I had about moving and they were extremely unprofessional and did not even try to help the situation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND their services to anyone trying to have a SEAMLESS move. Go for ANYONE else other than this company when looking for moving services.
The review that has been left is not a direct reflection of our business. Considering such, we are asking that the review be removed since our business has not had interaction with said Katie Thibault. If the review is not removed, we will proceed with legal action of defamation of character.
Not like it matters to you anymore but you're guys are terrible at there job They packed terribly. they shoved stuff inside of stuff, and in wrong boxes. Example: they took pillow cases off of pillows, and put stuff in in my pillow cases. they mixed stuff from kitchen in with stuff from master bedroom. they wrapped things like bricks in bubble wrap 20x around the brick. i had to cut and cut. they spilled stuff, (one of your big boxes has stuff spilt in the bottom).
This review is only based upon the interaction of the service respresentive who interacted with us. This company does not "need" the business. They can be selective and do judge. The call was never rude on our part. The man that provided the quote was contentious in tone with the basic conversation providing information about what was involved in the move.
As a local moving company in Fort Worth, we strive to give all of our customers the information that is requested. We regret that our communication with you resulted in your dissatisfaction and the listed concerns. We never wish anyone to walk away with the perceptions you outlined.
Very bad experience with this company. They scratched the furniture and did not admit it. They also scratched the walls and wooden stairs while moving the furniture. The owner Arthur used curse words when notified about the damages. I will not recommend this company!!! You will end up paying more for damages and you have to deal with the attitude of this guy Arthur!!!

I don’t recommenced this company at all. They broke the dining table glass, they damaged my side table, they damaged the side of my bed and they chip the floor in my new apartment. To make it worse the owner never called and apologized about the glass that he knew his crew broke.
In moving sadly on occasion mistakes do occur. By no means was it intentional for your item to be damaged. Even during the move, you mentioned to our manager that it was ok what occurred. To the extent of even signing our contract to attest, that you were not concerned with the damages.
Had these people move me out of Sioux Falls South Dakota and they were absolutely TERRIBLE they broke almost EVERYTHING I OWN!!! More than likely will be filling a suit against these people considering ALL MY STUFF IS DAMAGED OR TOTALLY BROKEN!!!! 😡 …
This is the owner of the company, Karim Jones. Can you please give me a call @ [phone removed] as soon as possible. I will like to resolve this issue as soon as possible. We have not heard about this issue.
Owner was very nice and took his time to explain the details of the move. Unfortunately, he cancelled my move the very minute they were supposed to arrive. This put me in a bind and in a terrible position trying to figure out a new plan to move.
Miss Millicent, We were terribly sorry for being unable to arrive to your move. It is a rare occurence for us, in which circumstances would not allow us to make it. Upon your request, we rescheduled for the next day at 8am. Yet, you messaged us at 11pm the day before cancelling our services.

Secured Moving Company is hands down the best moving company I have ever used. From our first conversation, Arthur was transparent about how the move and pricing would work and gave me excellent tips of what to do in order to ensure an efficient move. He wad candid and professional, and his advice probably saved me an hour or two of move time. The crew who actually moved us, Daniel and Storm, were equally as wonderful to work with. Communication was friendly, open and ongoing.

Arthur is very professional. He keeps in touch with clients and informs them of any changes or delays. Very courteous and prompt. The moving crew was equally as as professional and courteous. The crew was very cautious and took care in the products they were moving. The moving guys made very sure to keep things wrapped make sure they were secure in the truck. They even helped us put boxes back in storage when they were done getting the furniture out.

I cannot recommend this moving company enough. I moved from a 1 bedroom apartment in North Richland Hills to a single family home in North Fort Worth (Saginaw area). The professionalism of these movers is unmatched. The owner took the time to talk me through the move ahead of time including tips for packing and preparing for the day of the move.
