I would never use Firefighting’s Finest Moving & Storage again. I paid this company roughly $17,000 between the move into storage and the move back into my house, and I also tipped the return crew $400. For that amount of money, I expected basic care, organization, and professionalism. I did not get it. They put all of my expensive shoes and boots into one large wardrobe box. No individual shoe boxes. No wrapping. No dividers. No paper between them. Nothing. They literally piled them on top of each other.

I do not recommend. I have spent months calling and emailing and they never get back to me. They've totally ghosted me and will leave replies in the reviews as if they're willing to help and they are NOT. Took them over 6 hours to move 1000 …
By using an anonymous name it makes researching this impossible, but we'd be more than happy to look into this for you. Our estimates (not quotes) are based upon information we receive during the booking process, but without knowing who you are we cannot investigate the details of your job.
DO NOT USE - ABSOLUTE WORST! They low-balled the bid and charged me thousands of dollars more for another trip - AND STILL didn't get everything. 6 months later I'm finding more things they broke or did not put together. I've moved 20 times - they are THE WORST! Updated - All of the concerns I knew about at the time were discussed with you and you did not offer any resolution. I continue to find problems that I did not know at the time. Your apology is hollow and insincere.

if I could give zero stars, I would. This was the worst moving experience I ever had. The job took twice as long as I was quoted AND the movers could not get all my stuff in one trip. I could work circles around the 2 gentleman that were sent - no urgency at all. Would never recommend this group again

I warn all who use this service. I would recommend that if you use this company that you get the extra insurance. They broke 16 of our plates, dishes, decanters, antiques and reimbursed us only $6.15. I requested a fair amount for our claim …

Moving can be stressful, but this team made the entire process smooth, organized, and completely worry-free.

We used their service from the 3101 Reagan office in Fort Worth tx. The service was beyond great! Julius and Royce These guys were so nice and helpful. They never complained once, even towards the end. Such positive attitudes. They even helped me when my refrigerator was delivered and they just dropped it off in the living room. The guys helped me unpack it and move it to it's location annnddd brought the trash to the garage for me.
This review is a long time coming. This company has moved me three times. Each time I told them I would write a review and I did not. For that I owe them my sincere apology. They are getting ready to move me again. I use the Ft. Worth Location. I will have moved 5 times since June of 22. I used a different company one other time and I paid dearly for it. Their prices were twice as much and they destroyed my Face Masks. No apologies, no money returned. I learned my lesson the hard way.
