I am completely disgusted by this company and the way that they handled my families belonging in my cross country move from California to Florida if I could give them zero stars I would!!!!! DO NOT LET THEM HANDLE YOUR BELONGINGS!!! Not only were items missing there were boxes that had fragile on them and they came to me completely crushed and ruined 😡!!!!! And when I tried to fill out a claim form they wrote me back and denied everything even though I sent details photos and receipts !!!!!
"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY" They are full of it. First of all they will totally underestimate the quote. They doubled the price on the day of our move saying our items were bigger than they thought and we had more stuff. They will not budge on the price and only offer to take off 10% if you pay in cash. Secondly, when our items were delivered they only sent 2 guys to complete a move that requires 5-6 guys and rushed the job. They left a mess in our house with trash, plastic and boxes everywhere.
We hired Cross Country Moving for our relocation. Our belongings were picked up on July 18, 2025, with a delivery date no later than July 31. It is now August 13, 2025—nearly four weeks later—and we still do not have our items. On July 29, Lisa told us the driver was en route and delivery would occur within 3–7 days (latest August 5). That was false. Lisa also refused to provide a phone number or email for management and promised to email us the information later that day, which she never did.
**update** Editing my review from two to one star. Our things were finally delivered but unfortunately lots arrived damaged. Management confirmed they’d reimburse me for my things but I still have yet to be reimbursed and I have received no response. Look elsewhere if you want a reputable and quality service. I had an unfortunate experience with cross country moving and their team. From the very beginning after booking communication was subpar, particularly with Sandy.
Hello Corine, We are apologize for you experienced with us. I just checked your file and I saw on 6/5/2023 you households good was in transit to FL, also we sent you email with that info.
They do not properly take care of your items. Most of your stuff will be broken, stolen, or just downright filthy. Please go use someone else if you actually want to get your stuff as is. Then when you try to get a claim for your items they give you the run around. They subcontract out so there’s no communication or any accountability.

So far the pickup was great , they moved my belongings out fast . I can’t wait for my belongings to get to my new house. I’m moving from Los Angeles to another state. Lisa also was a charm and I hope I didn’t give her too much of a headache, Lisa helped me out so much and I really appreciated it. Update : I’m putting now 1 star because it took a little over 3 weeks for me to get my belongings. Every time I called,I get any day now the dispatcher will be contacting me.
If I could give this company negative 10 stars, I would. Do NOT use this company for any in-state or out-of-state move. They are excellent at selling their services, but the moment it’s time for the actual move, everything changes—pricing, pickup times, delivery dates, and communication all fall apart. Initially, I believed I was getting a fair deal. The representative, “Sandy” (if that’s even her real name), handled the quote quickly and professionally. The price fit my budget, so I moved forward.
Broken TVs and monitors, stolen products from my business, and they said nothing they can do because they don’t steal and I should call the police if I had cameras in the garage (who has cameras in the garage??!) Not sure where to start and wish I can give a 0 star rating. Agreed to pay a number and when they got to my place the counted everything as a box even toilet papers, cooker, and even a Vas!

Long **2500 miles** move & pack! 3 bedroom LA apartment -> a house in Charlotte - 0 damage!! The most stressful part of the move, ended up being the easiest! What an amazing team, every single one of them, from the owners to the movers - its was absolutely a pleasure working with you all. A month before the move, Udi, one of the owners came to my house to give me an accurate quote so that we'll have 0 surprises down the road. I was very nervous naturally as this a one big move with so many moving parts.
UPDATE!! We got ALL our stuff in excellent condition!!! We are beyond happy that absolutely nothing was missing or damaged which is a miracle considering how many things my mother in law has. AMAZING MOVERS 100% recommend. Cross Country Moving came on time to pick up my mother in laws furnishings and appliances, an entire 1200 square foot home! She has so much stuff it was AMAZING watching them very carefully pack and place each item in its box then haul it outside and into the truck.

Four stars because I didn't read the fine print. These guys showed up bright and early and got right to it. After an initial walk around I received an updated estimate that was almost exactly spot on to the final total. The total made my eyes pop a bit, truthfully, but it is what it is. These guys knocked out the entire move, with wrapping and packing in about four hours, and we're pleasant and polite the whole time. The pick up was great.
