Here is the text I sent to the owner with no response. “ Hello, I just wanted to send you pictures of all the damage from yesterday. I know one of the guys had sent you some but along the whole staircase and hallways there are all types of scrapes and marks on the wall and baseboards. We just painted the baseboards and the wall had just been painted before we moved in. We were very disappointed with the service yesterday. While they got it all done, they were not careful with our belongings at all.

I expressed my opinion that it was sad that they do not take credit cards, only cash, it seems unfair and fishy to me ! Matthew, the owner, declined an already set up move. I even apologized for expressing my disappointment of this policy and he still refused. Hey Matthew, 2 men and a truck do take credit cards to help with costs if you don’t have the full amount up front in order to work with their customers .

I am 70 and this is our 7th or 8th move in the past 50yrs, this was without a doubt the smoothest best organized move yet. The crew was on time and prepared to work. It was a 4 man crew for a 4 bedroom house. They all were very friendly and efficient in their work. This was a short distance move that took 8hrs to complete. They were very careful with everything and placed everything wherever we wanted in the new house. There was no damage to any of our property or to the walls in either our old or new home.

Crossroads came and took care of everything. The guys worked so hard and took extraordinary care at each step of the way. They were attentive, made sure everything was where it needed to be and despite a long, hot day, they didn't slow down or complain. I couldn't recommend them enough!

Matt was very quick at responding to any questions you might have and the 3 men that came out and moved our family were very nice and friendly and got the job done in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again and will be referring them to anyone looking for a moving company.
Too bad there isn’t a 6 star review. This 3 man crew was fantastic. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I haven’t been able to say that about a company in a long time. But I can say this about them. I would highly recommend Crossroads Moving Company
